This lovely modern apartment is located in Bolnuevo, close to Puerto de
Mazarron. The apartment has wonderful views over the sea and the Bay of
Mazarron!
The accommodation comprises: entrance into open plan living area, with modern and all new furniture, TV and comfortable seating. Internet available.
The dining area seats 4, and front door leads out onto a covered terrace, offering the chance to have diner in the shade, whatever the season! The living room has air conditioning and a ceiling ventilator.
The kitchen is well equipped, making the apartment ideal for family breaks or a longer stay through the Winter months. There is a fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and washing machine. There is a separate tap that has a filter for drinking water.
A public terrace close to the apartment can be used for sunbathing with few people passing.
The apartment has 1 bathroom with bath The corridor leads to the shower room, with basin and WC and there are 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobes. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a wardrobe. The flexible sleeping arrangements will suit families and couples. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling ventilators.
The apartment has public parking space in the street, and use of the resorts communal pool with sea views. The complex has an elevator
The younger members of the family will adore the sandy beaches of Bolnuevo, which are just a short walk away from the complex, 800 meters, and a larger selection of beaches are to found in Puerto de Mazarron and Bahia. Many are blue flag beaches meeting European quality standards. Bolnuevo has lots of bars and restaurant and also a spar supermarket
The marina at Puerto de Mazarron is also a short drive away, and here you will also find a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Whilst a car is not essential, we recommend car hire to fully enjoy the area. Bolnuevo is ideally placed to visit Cartagena,
Mazarron and the Sierra Espuaña inland. Whatever the season, there is something close by to enjoy!
Pets are permitted in this apartment with prior agreement. Cats are not permitted. Smoking allowed on terrace only.
