In Concarneau, we offer you this charming apartment for rent, fully refurbished in 2023, less than 300 meters from the Sables Blancs beach (accessible by crossing the street), with shared pool and at the foot of the Thalasso. The 41 m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and is located on the 1st floor (with elevator). It comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The apartment comprises

- A small, fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, microwave oven, 3-in-1 coffee machine (Dolce Gusto/Senseo/Nespresso), toaster, dishwasher, hotplates....
- An alcove in the entrance hall with bunk beds (sleeps 2, 90x200)
- Master bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) and TV. Bed linen and towels included.
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC
- A 5 m² balcony with table and chairs to enjoy fine weather

Communal areas :
- Heated outdoor swimming pool, approx. 20x10 m, open from June 1 to September 20, childproof (cover and fence), unsupervised. Dates non-contractual, subject to residence opening conditions.

If you feel like it, sauna, jacuzzi and hammam are available in the Thalasso (services not included in the rental price, to be arranged directly on site). Breakfasts are also available (services not included, to be arranged directly with the Thalasso hotel).

The apartment is ideally located in Concarneau, in a very pleasant and quiet environment.
All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by, and the beach is less than 10 minutes away. The apartment is also ideally located close to the Ville-Close, the town center and its amenities (bakery, mini-market, restaurants, stores...). You can quickly get to the beach and its coves, or take to the country paths via the "voie verte", the start of which is just a stone's throw from the apartment.
