We offer this charming 45 m² apartment for rent in Concarneau, approx. 1.8 km from the Sables Blancs beach (15 min. walk, 6 min. drive). It can accommodate 2 people. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it comprises a lovely 23 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom (with bath). We're waiting for you!

The apartment is composed as follows
- A 23 m² living room with TV, sitting area and double sofa bed (140×200)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with bath and WC

Exterior:
- A 5m² balcony to enjoy the sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Concarneau, in a very pleasant environment and close to the voie verte, which gives you access to the beach (20min walk) and the town center (30min walk). You'll benefit from all the essential stores nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.
