Connect at Kat’s Korner! Constructed in 2016, this gorgeous beachside vacation home in gated Beachside Village is perfect for couples or families vacationing together on Galveston Island. You’ll love the spacious open floor plan, chef’s kitchen, screened porch, and neighborhood dune walkovers.

Step inside the living area, and you’ll find a comfortable sectional with 2 chaise lounges perfect for relaxing, as well as a unique shiplap accent wall behind the large TV . Walls of windows create a bright & airy space, perfect for entertaining. The chef’s kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, stunning quartz countertops, a large refrigerator, and gas range with an incorporated griddle. Take turns making your family’s favorite vacation dishes, and gather together using the large dining table seating 8 & breakfast bar seating 5.

The main level primary king suite boasts a large en suite bathroom complete with walk-in closet, double sink, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Upstairs, you’ll find a king bedroom, plus a bedroom with 2 twin beds, perfect for older siblings or single adults. The kids and teens have their own retreat in the bunk room. Featuring 2 built-in twin bunk beds, an en suite bathroom, TV, and sleeper chairs, it’s the perfect room for a slumber party.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened porch, or soak in the Gulf breeze from the covered deck. It’s your own personal paradise! Beach access is a short 3-block stroll away through the neighborhood. Pack your beach cart with toys and towels, and get ready for a trip to remember!

ATTRACTIONS & ACTIVITIES
On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.

Perfect Get Away

beach house disappointment
The house if beautiful and the neighborhood is fantastic. It is close to the waterfront of the beach and close to all of the wonderful things on the strand and in Galveston. However, our stay was less than ideal. We arrived at 4pm for check in and did not receive arrival and lockbox code information until almost 5:15 pm despite emails and phone calls to customer service. The dryer was full of sand and the washer was bent up and did not function properly. There was no vacuum or paper towels to clean the dryer myself. The front door knob kept coming on and off every time we exited the home and tried to lock the door. The powder bathroom has mold all over the ceiling. I called and emailed the property management upon our arrival of these issues. They returned my email and phone call 24 hours later, where they said someone would be out to fix the dryer and the front door. No one came for the 4 days we were there. I emailed and called every day without resolve. I had hoped for much better conditions for the amount of money they charged us for the stay. We will not stay with the company again.
