The dining area, right off of the kitchen, seats 6 at a beautiful wood table. Additional seating at the bar for larger groups.

Balconies sit on both sides of the home adding more outdoor space and views of the Gulf. It is perfect for catching some sun and enjoying the Texas weather. This home also features a fenced-in yard, perfect for families to enjoy outside activities.

BEACHSIDE VILLAGE

Beachside Village is one of Galveston's most popular and newer upscale neighborhoods, with picturesque, idyllic, colorful, coastal homes, all on stilts and all built with strict Victorian-style architecture. Beachside Village is close to town and all that Galveston has to offer - only a short ride to The Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, The Historic Strand District.

Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dunes.

Beachside Village Community is a quiet residential neighborhood, and quiet hours are enforced between 10 pm and 8 am.

Weddings, prom, or large gatherings of any kind are not permitted in Beachside Village.

Overnight parking is not allowed at HOA Sales Office, and overflow parking is only permitted along the North side of Sea Butterfly, West of Grand Avenue. Beachside Village HOA does not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc.

The above provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, and Beachside Village HOA charges fees for non-compliance.

Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and the cable may not be available on all TVs.

All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide s valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
