The Ground Level:

This level Features parking for 6 vehicles – 2 covered and 4 driveway spaces. The pool area, BBQ, and the main entry foyer with elevator and stair access to the home's 2 living levels above can be found here.

The First Living Level (2nd Floor):

This level Features a Club Room with amazing amenities and Gulf views. There are also 5 bedrooms on this floor. Master Bedroom 1 features a King Bed, TV, Balcony Access with Gulf Views, a large walk-in closet, and an oversized master bath with double shower. Bedrooms 3, 4, and 5 each feature a King bed, TV, and En Suite Bath. Bedroom 6 is off the club room and features 3 Twin Beds. Bedroom 6 does not have an en suite bath.

Second Living Level (3rd Floor)

Here, you'll find the Main Great Room with Gulf Views. This room features a Large Kitchen, Dining area with a dining table for 12, a Bar Top Table for 6, Bar Seating for 4 more, and Balcony Dining for 8, and a comfortable Living Room. The Balcony on this level has wide open Gulf Views and the spiral staircase access to the Roof Top Deck for even better views! There are 3 Bedrooms on this floor. Master Bedroom 2 (Bedroom 2) features a King Bed, TV, Balcony Access with Gulf Views, a large walk-in closet, and an oversized bath with walk-in shower and a large soaking tub. Bedroom 7 features a King bed, TV, and En Suite Bathroom. Bedroom 8 features a custom Bunk Bed with a Full Bed over a King Bed and an En Suite Bathroom with a shower bathtub combination.

Extended Stays:

Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks at one of our Lido Key or Siesta Key Luxury Rental Properties? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have a mid-stay clean performed every 2 weeks during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote prior to booking. Linens and towels can also be laundered mid-stay for an additional fee as well. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and providing a transparent guest experience, so we appreciate your cooperation on this.
