This level Features parking for 5 vehicles – 1 under cover parking space and 4 open air driveway spaces. It also includes the pool area, lounging space, and the main entry foyer with elevator and stair access to the home's 2 living levels.
The First Living Level (2nd Floor):
This level Features 4 Bedrooms including the homes luxurious Master. Master Bedroom 1 features a King Bed, TV, Balcony Access, a large walk-in closet, an oversized soaking tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 Features a set of Full/Queen Bunk beds, while Bedrooms 3 and 4, feature King Size beds. All of these bedrooms include En-Suite bathrooms and large HDTV’s.
Second Living Level (3rd Floor)
Here, you'll find the Great Room featuring an open floor concept with Gulf Views. This space also includes a large kitchen and dining area with seating for 10. Additional dining space is available at the kitchen bar top table (5), high top bar seating (4), and balcony dining (8). There are 2 Bedrooms on this floor - Bedrooms 5 and 6. Both feature King Beds, HDTV’s, and En-Suite Bathrooms.

Extended Stays:
Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks at one of our Lido Key or Siesta Key Luxury Rental Properties? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have a mid-stay clean performed every 2 weeks during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote prior to booking. Linens and towels can also be laundered mid-stay for an additional fee as well. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and providing a transparent guest experience, so we appreciate your cooperation on this.
