INDOOR LIVING
Charming house in the historic district of Hot Springs, Arkansas. Walk into a well appointed living room with plenty of seating for you and your guests. Inside the house on the right you will have your bedrooms and bathroom along with a small office space. On the left you will have the living room, dining room, and the kitchen with balcony access at the back of the house.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Enjoy the balcony area at the back of the house gathering around the outdoor furniture enjoy coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening! Charcoal grill available for cooking up some meals.

Bedroom1: double bed w/ en-suite half bath.
Bedroom2: 2 twin beds
Den: sofa double bed

KITCHEN
Well equipped kitchen for making meals away from home. Refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes and utensils and more (Please Kitchen amenities)!

Getting around Hot Springs is simple and easy with local taxi, Uber, or Lyft services. You should be able to get anywhere within 10 minutes or less.
