The owner was available for communication. But upon arrival, a loud alarm sounded in the unit. Which turned out to be a smoke detector in one of the guest rooms. After the alarm went off, the alarm being to chirp our entire stay. In the same room, the television didn't work, and I called to report this, but basically, we ended up with a refund of ten percent. I dont think ten percent was fair. After this stay, it should have been fifty percent. There were roaches crawling out of the sink and even dead roaches behind the couch.Also, there were chip bags behind on of the night stands in the master bedroom. The lamp didn't work in the other beroom. It would have been nice to have laundry detergent, too.There was large amounts of dust in the unit. Some of the furniture and walls were damaged, and therefore, I wouldn't say this unit is high end.The location and view were great. This place needs a deep cleaning, and some maintenance done. If this is supposed to be a high-end condo, it needs to be maintained as a high-end condo.Thank you, and may God bless you!
