The condo is part of the South Seas Club with amenities including a heated swimming pool, tennis courts, and shuffleboard. This vacation rental includes a fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals.

The living area is open to the dining area and kitchen with a view of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom and guest bedroom have adjoining full baths. A sleep sofa in the living room is available.

Furnishings and fresh bedding make you feel right at home. We also provide all linens, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, a Keurig coffee maker, blender..... For your convenience, we have taken care of the beach basics: beach wagon, cooler, chairs, toys, umbrella, and beach towels.

Your secure beach access is down the elevator and out of the lobby doors!

PLEASE NOTE: Towers 3 and 4 will have tile being removed and carpet as well in the hallways this summer on each floor. The Cat-walk Front of buildings will also have tile being removed on each floor. This work will go on until completion in Fall 2022. Work will normally occur Monday - Friday, between 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.We will not be responsible for noise concerns.

NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agree to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understand that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."
