You enter into this spacious and lovely screened-in porch with seating. The living room offers two sitting areas: a flat-screen TV, a dining room, and an eat-in kitchen with a powder room. The rear yard offers a charcoal grill, seating, outdoor shower, and is fenced completely. Bring your fur baby on vacation! One dog is permitted with a pet fee.
LOCATION: You can walk everywhere: the boardwalk, beach, attractions, amusements, and so many restaurants and shops. Grab the Jolly Trolley for nightlife enjoyment in Dewey Beach. Silver Lake tot lot playground is only a few blocks from the home.
PARKING: Private driveway for two cars.
AMENITIES: Washer, dryer, central AC, ceiling fans, outdoor shower, charcoal grill, and lovely screened-in porch.
THINGS TO KNOW: One dog is permitted with a pet fee. Linens are not supplied. However, we offer a linen rental package to guests.. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
