Alpine Mountain Haven is your luxurious escape to the exhilarating Keystone Ski Resort and its breathtaking snowcapped mountains. This impeccably furnished townhome is perfectly situated near countless area activities including hiking trails, fishing spots, shopping, dining, skiing, and so much more. Convenience and comfort are delivered in excess at this residence with nearby shuttle service, plush furnishings, and deluxe in-home amenities.

Upon entering Alpine Mountain Haven you will find a sprawling open-concept living room, dining, and kitchen. The space is highlighted by a rustic floor-to-ceiling fireplace, cherry wood cabinetry, and sumptuous leather furniture. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a beverage center, a gas range, and a large center island ideal for entertaining. On the lower level, the family can gather for movie night on the lush leather sectional around the 65" Smart TV. Enjoy awe-inspiring mountain views on one of the two decks furnished with outdoor seating and heaters.

Amenity extras found at Alpine Mountain Haven include a heated garage; access to the off-site Dakota Lodge amenities including the pool and hot tub; and a full laundry room. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

- Master suite: king bed, bathroom. (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 2: queen bed (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 3: full-over-full bunk bed. (sleeps 4)

Special Unit Notes - Please Read:
- No Pets / No Smoking.
- A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in (for stays less than 30 days).
- For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Parking: 2 garage spaces, 2 outdoor spaces - 4 spaces total.
- No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.

Great spot for Spring Break

Beautiful location on far end of Keystone. Comfortable and clean accommodations. Everything needed for own cooking. Communication was amazing with the property management. Very helpful and attentive. Enjoyed the hot tub, even though we had to drive to get there--not super convenient.

Place was good. We have stayed in the Alders condos for 5 years in a row in the Summer. The unit was good although most of the "furry" blankets and pillows are quite dusty and there is already enough pollen in the air to fight allergies.Probably our least favorite part were the window coverings not blocking out any of the Sun, especially compared to every other unit we've stayed in, in the Alders. The large window in the living room is directly West facing and therefore, the unit was typically over 80 to 82 degrees inside according to the thermostats every day in the afternoon, which is quite hot. We have stayed in many units, where the backing on the window coverings kept most of the sun out and kept the unit at least 6 to 7 degrees cooler in the summer.

We had a great time here! The listing is well located and in a very nice neighborhood. The property management company was super easy to communicate with and we’re very helpful. The property is exactly what the pictures represent. I plan to stay here again! 10/10!

October 2022 Stay

Super clean and well kept facility with great deal of detail on furnishings. Beautiful views all around, back porch equipped with an outdoor heater. The management company was in touch with daily, making sure we were comfortable. We will definitely visit again.

Great and comfortable Townhome

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfy and clean townhome! We had 3 children and 4 adults and all were very comfortable in this home. The master bed was fluffy and comfortable with 2 sinks in that bathroom. Downstairs bed for the adults was a full bed and the kids had the bunk beds in a second room downstairs. The fireplace heats up the entire upper floor in a matter of minutes. We drove to the main parking lot for skiing and it took less than 10 minutes to get the free parking lot. Management was very responsive to questions we had. Overall, it was a great stay with all the amenities of a comfy home.

Deluxe!

This is one of the nicest properties we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. The property is very nice with a well equipped kitchen. It was clean with very comfortable beds. When we arrived the there wasn’t any toilet paper so we contacted the management company and they brought some while we were out for dinner. The hot tub and pool are a short drive or shuttle away from the property so we did not visit these amenities. The windows displaying the mountain vies were breath taking. We enjoyed celebrating my husbands birthday with a great ski weekend!

Awesome Ski Vacation

It was very clean and comfortable, easy access to all the local resorts. It has everything you could ask for including a heated garage for two cars. The only negative if you would call it that is no cable TV. Other than that the photos don't do it justice. It's a 5 star for sure!!!

Absolutely Amazing

This was by far the best rental house we've ever stayed in. The house was absolutely spotless (and I am a clean freak so it takes a lot to impress me). Super close to skiing and restaurants. Quiet area and very cozy house. I would absolutely stay here again. If you're looking for a house in Keystone, this is one of the best!

July/August Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this unit at the end of July/beginning of Aug. It is very nice with beautiful furnishings and decor and spotlessly clean! We liked the layout and the location and enjoyed walking into Keystone for breakfast or dinner. We like to cook on vacation and the kitchen was missing a few things we like to have, like a blender and a larger pot for pasta but this didn't affect our satisfaction with the kitchen. Also, this summer was unseasonably warm and as with most houses in CO there is no air conditioning so the upstairs was in the mid to upper 80's during the afternoons. Nothing the owner can do but something to take into consideration. There is parking for 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway which is nice but 2 of our vehicles would not fit in the garage (a Waggoneer and a truck) so if you are needing all 4 spaces you might take into consideration the size of your vehicles. Property management checked to make sure everything was satisfactory and I felt like if I had had any issues that they would have addressed them. Overall we loved the townhome and hope to visit again next summer!!!

Winter vacation

very close to sking and snowboarding. Shuttle service is excellent! Town home had everything you could possibly need! Owners definitely think of their guest! Great place to stay!
