Villa Breakaway is located in a small village Selca on the island of Brač. Villa Breakaway was built in 2021 with a rustic style of construction, and offers its guests 110 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 980 m2. It is 1.6 m away from the nearest sea, and near it, there are cafes and restaurants where you can enjoy fine cocktails and delicious gastronomic offers. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, while the optimal number is 4.



Guests will be accommodated on the ground floor in 2 bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200). There is also one ordinary bathroom with a shower, while on the upper floor there is another ordinary bathroom with a shower. Upstairs is also a kitchen where you will prepare meals for the whole family or dearest friends. You will be comfortably accommodated in the living room on the couch, which serves as an extra bed for two people, and there is also a table and a TV. In the dining room, you will enjoy tasting delicious freshly prepared meals at a table for 6 people.



On the upper floor, you will be delighted by the outdoor terrace where there is a pool of 16 m2 and a depth of 1.4. Next to it is a sun deck with 4 deck chairs where you can enjoy the sun and read your favourite book.



The villa is fully fenced and offers 3 private parking spaces inside the yard.



You will be able to enjoy the sea view from the living room, the outdoor terrace where there is a balcony, and from one bedroom.



Additional facilities include a washing machine and iron, and by prior arrangement, it is possible to use a feeder and baby cot.



If you are a fan of water sports, you can enjoy swimming and diving in the bays of Radonja, Spilica and Žirje, but also many other beautiful beaches on Brač, the most famous of which is Zlatni rat. The island of Brač can be talked about for hours. It is an island that is easily accessible due to its proximity to the city of Split, but on the other hand full of undiscovered beauties, waiting to be explored.
