Relax in modern comfort as natural light floods the apartment & enjoy the bespoke art & décor that adds a vibrant, sophisticated energy to the space. Make the most of your Auckland stay with this one-of-a-kind apartment as your home base.

The Space:
This fantastic space offers chic and easy living with ultimate comfort, convenience and character.

The open living is bathed in warm natural light all day long emanating a friendly and homey energy. This area is well appointed and functional, enjoy relaxing on the couch with a book in the afternoon sun or get productive at the dining table that could double as a working space.
After a long day exploring or working unwind on the balcony watching over the city scape and embrace the vibrant and energetic Karangahape road vibe.
When the sun goes down you can catch up on your favourite netflix series or find a new movie, the TV has live channels and Netflix (account not provided).

The kitchen is set to the side of the living area, it is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare and cook your favourite meal or try a new recipe while following a cooking show on the TV!

The bedroom is a peaceful place with light monochrome colours through the decor, there is a hanging wardrobe so you can unpack and feel at home. The bed is accompanied by high quality linen providing that crisp, sun kissed feeling helping you get a restful and rejuvenating sleep.

Guest Access:
The whole apartment is yours to enjoy :)

*Note* This apartment does have a contactless check in procedure - This means you will need to collect the key from an external location that is a couple of metres away from the apartment. The detailed instructions on how to retrieve & return the keys will be sent to you 48 hours prior to your check in, please ensure you read this before beginning the check in process!

The Neighborhood:
K Road is iconic in Auckland for its character! It boasts vibrant energy, a colorful, creative district filled with contemporary art galleries, vintage boutiques, trendy restaurants, and grungy music venues.
Not only is K Road truly fascinating and exciting it's also got lots going on around it too; with Ponsonby just a 5-minute walk from your apartment and the rest of the city beneath you, you can enjoy all that the city has to offer with ease.

Getting Around:
The city and more are right on your doorstep! With so many great things to see and do all within walking distance. If you do wish to travel out further or just get somewhere quicker there is a bus stop bay a 1-minute walk from the building that has city links to get you down to the viaduct or to Britomart to catch a train or the ferry to Waiheke and many other options for exploring other parts of Auckland.
We recommend using Ubers in the city, they are well priced and efficient especially when catching within the CBD.

Please ensure all lights are turned off when you leave the apartment, and the windows are closed and the door securely locked behind you. The owner accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any of the guests' property while the guest is onsite.
Also, please note that you will be responsible for yourselves and your guests and will take all necessary care and precautions to ensure their safety at all times and you agree that any damages will be your sole responsibility and the owners and Urban Butler are exempt from all actions, claims, suits, demands, costs and damages arising from any loss or damages suffered to or by any person or property caused by the use of the premises by you or your guests.
Please also note, that any lost keys will be charged for and if you lock yourselves out, the cost of a spare key to be delivered in office hours will be borne by you. Out of hours fees will also apply.

Bond:
A security bond is held for any incidental damage or charges. Please inform us of any issues.

Breakages:
Please inform us of any breakages during your stay. We won’t charge for minor cutlery/glassware etc.

Lost Keys:
Keys and swipes are expensive, please be careful with them. If lost we will need to claim the cost from your security bond.

Left Luggage:
Unfortunately, we cannot store luggage at the apartment. There are a couple of options for leaving your luggage around the CBD before your check-in time of 3pm. The best option is The Luggage Hotel at 145 Quay Street (Shed 23 Princes Wharf) - www.theluggagehotel.com Another left luggage solution is available at the downtown Ferry Building, located on Quay Street. Ask the staff at the service desk for assistance. The last suitable option for smaller luggage is the self-service locker at the Britomart train station located on Commerce Street.

No parties or noise after 10pm:
Please respect your neighbours. Security call out fees will be charged from your security bond. No more than 2 people to stay at the apartment.

Abide by Body Corporate:
See separate document in the apartment for your convenience.

Fire and Evacuation Procedures:
Please refer to the procedures on the back of the apartment door.

Interaction with Guests:
We are contactable by phone, email and Air BnB messages, but are not on site at this apartment.

A perfect place to stay
I stayed for five nights and it felt like a home away from home. It was secure, spotless and had the most comfy bed! Great kitchen (loved the coffee machine), lounge / dining area and hotel-esque bathroom. Oh and it sits directly above a gorgeous natural wine store :) Will book in here every time I visit Auckland moving forward.

The Best of Fringe
What a fabulous apartment to experience the K' Road scene. Perfectly located with a spectacular view of the Sky Tower and nightlife. Enjoy the many local small theatres ,all within walking distance. Easy to catch a scrumptious pre-show dinner and a post show drink. The apartment itself was well stocked for cooking in the bed comfortable with quality lines. We'll stay again!
