The Space:
Located in the heart of Victoria Quarter, The Grace is your gateway to inner-city living, providing access to some of Auckland’s best amenities at your doorstep. Enjoy sunny afternoons on your balcony looking over the beautiful views or head down to the sanctuary of Victoria Park for a stroll, another great walking route nearby is the west haven marina or Wynyard quarter and viaduct where you will find fun vibes and delectable food.

This generous and trendy one bedroom apartment offers an elegant, relaxed and welcoming interior with neutral tones and warm natural light filling the room making it the perfect place to come home to after a day of work, activities or for a weekend away!

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite meal or try out a great new recipe! While you’re preparing dinner, enjoy each other’s company at the kitchen bench and bar stools over a glass of wine and nibbles.

The generous balcony offers an idyllic space to wake up with the sun or unwind after a long day, with beautiful and trendy outdoor furniture and a closing panel this space can be enjoyed all year around in any weather. While the sunsets, golden hues paint the sky and radiate the apartment, indulge in this golden hour relaxing with a book or your favourite drink.

The bedroom is quiet and comfortable, with soft monochromatic tones setting a dreamy mood encouraging a heavenly sleep. The beds are accompanied by high quality linen providing that crisp, sun kissed feeling , it also has black out blinds helping you get a restful and rejuvenating sleep. There is a sliding wardrobe so you can unpack and feel at home.

There is a laundry cupboard with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience during your stay, we provide laundry detergent as well. There are other cleaning products in the laundry cupboard like a vacuum, mop and duster should you ned to tidy or clean something up during your stay.

Guest Access:
The whole apartment is yours to enjoy :)

*Note* This apartment does have a contactless check in procedure - This means you will need to collect the key from an external location that is a few hundred metres away from the apartment. The detailed instructions on how to retrieve & return the keys will be sent to you 48 hours prior to your check in, please ensure you read this before beginning the check in process!

The Neighborhood:
The Grace is situated on the edge of the inner city, with many highlights and conveniences within close walking distance! Wynyard Quarter and the Viaduct Basin are just a short (flat) stroll away - enjoy walking around the marina and seeing the impressive boats! Both areas also offer great restaurants for whatever your vibe and taste.
The Sky Tower and federal St dining precinct are up the road where you can enjoy a hip tourist vibe and fantastic views of the wider Auckland area if you make it up the tower!

There are fantastic walks in the area with Victoria Park just across the road and Westhaven boardwalk near by.

With easy access to the Link Bus route, Britomart train station and Fullers Ferry Terminal – and just a short stroll to Parnell and Ponsonby – you can even ditch the car.

It’s the perfect location to really embrace city living.

Getting Around:
The location is fantastic for walking and exploring the nearby attractions, with beautiful walks along the waterfront, the viaduct basin, Wynyard quarter and west haven marina are all only a 5 minute walk leading you to spectacular views with restaurants along the way.
If you need to get further out of the city there are bus stops all around you with multiple destinations and the Britomart transport hub only a 10-minute walk with trains and buses going in every direction near and far.
We recommend using Ubers in the city, they are well priced and efficient especially when catching within the CBD.

Parking in the city can be tricky and expensive so when you book with us we have a 40% off selected Wilson carparks for nights and weekends! Ask our Urban Butler team for further details once you have booked :)

Keys & Lock-Out Policy
Any keys  not returned to us on your check-out date will be charged in full, along with the cost of replacing the lock(s) to the property (if necessary). If you lose your keys, or lock them in the property during your stay, we will make every attempt to provide you with a replacement as soon as possible.

If outside of business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm), we will charge you with a minimum call-out fee of $100+ GST as well as any other costs incurred in enabling you to access the apartment again and replacing lost keys.

Breakages:
Please inform us of any breakages during your stay. We won’t charge for minor cutlery/glassware etc.

No parties or noise after 10pm:
Please respect your neighbors. Security call out fees will be charged from your security bond. No more than 2 people to stay at the apartment.

Interaction with Guests:
We are not onsite but are available via call and Airbnb messaging during your stay :)

Lovely Stay
Great location, new and clean apartment. Plenty of space for 2 people. Small hitch checking in but we were able to figure it out and notify management. Very secure building. Would definitely stay again! Make sure you head up to the rooftop at night for a spectacular view of the Sky Tower and city!
