South end corner condo with roomy covered porch with a view of the ocean and surrounding area. One short block to the beach and two blocks to the Boardwalk. A true no-need-drive location with lots of entertainment facilities, and many dining options nearby for your family, and a Bus stop across the street. If you are staying home you have three flat screen smart TVS. Free community Laundry rooms on both 2nd and 3rd floors. One car off-street parking behind the building. This unit sleeps 7 people.

Quick last minute beach getaway

The process was as easy as it gets. Property is dated. It lives up to its reviews. AC units were weak and beds are hard. Way too much carpeting for a beach condo. After a downpour the entrance area, stairway, and balcony produced an unfavorable smell and make sure you have shoes on. Stepping on decades old wet beach carpet is not for the faint of heart. Bedspreads were disgusting! We threw them aside and never used them. Bring your own bedspread or blanket because these were gross. Great location. Very close to beach and dining.

Unfortunately all the beds were not just hard but in very bad condition the one smelled like P. And it smelled like P on the floor. The bathroom was not clean but that was OK we cleaned it. There was sand in the tub. But we did enjoy the view and we did enjoy the place other than that. Thank you for asking Leah Quaid

Great location

This property is in a great location. The beach and boardwalk are about a block away, so was a very easy walk to both. Restaurants and amusement park were a block away as well. The area felt very safe and is great for couples or families. The unit itself was nice, although outdated overall. Needs new furniture and beds. The queen bed in the master is rock hard. There is a double and a single in the 2nd bedroom (listing says queen and double). Those beds are uncomfortably soft with no support. The covered porch with an ocean view is perfect. Good space to sit outside and enjoy the ocean breeze. Last, the unit was very clean. We observed no bugs, and the a/c units worked fine, although they are old units. We did not request maintenance to come look at anything, however they tried calling me while we were swimming in the ocean. When I called the number back about 15 minutes later, a maintenance man answered and said he was inside our unit cleaning the a/c units and putting down bug deterrents. He was a very nice guy, but we did not ask for or want someone coming into our place while we were away. I spoke with the property management company and they said the previous renters reported these issues. We were very unhappy a maintenance person was sent to our unit during our stay for issues we did not observe, and that he entered the unit without our permission, while we were not there. Shoreline Properties should not have allowed this to happen. Hopefully this doesn't happen to future renters of this nice property.
