Wonderful place

Our family had a wonderful time and this place was perfect. The large table was perfect for meals and family game time. Everything worked great!! It’s a bit of a walk for beach access but we made it work.

Seacliffe

Three generations of our family spent a weekend in Seacliffe at this updated two story home. Home was comfortable with enough room to spread out and accommodate all 9 of us. Gorgeous ocean views from the great-room and deck, comfy beds. A well stocked kitchen allowing us to do meal prep without any issues.

Well appointed house close to the beach

Excellent Santa Cruz triathlon week-end in this spacious and very confortable house located close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Very pleasant deck on same floor as living area with some ocean view.

We had a fabulous time staying the weekend in this beautiful home. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. I would gladly return for another vacation and recommend this house to anyone wanting to spend time close to the beach.

Wonderful Experience

This house is not only beautiful but fully functional. The kitchen was fully equipped down to nice stemware and kitchen tools (even a grater)! Towels were set out on bed in organized bundles. It was a 5-star experience for sure. Everything was clean and organized.

Lovely house for family gathering

Wonderful place for getting together, space and privacy and great common area. Our multigenerational family had a great thanksgiving weekend there. Only caution is that although the entrance to the beach is, as advertised, a five minute walk, the beach itself is another 5-10 minutes descent via stairs and a path. Not a problem for most people, but best to know about ahead of time for elderly or the very young so alternate plans can be made. We hope to come back. The beach

Excellent get away!

The house is spacious, well designed, and perfect for a family or friend vacation rental! The beautiful open space kitchen brings everyone together nicely so everyone feels included in all activities. Having four bedrooms, three and half bathrooms and an extra sitting room allows for very comfortable living. The patio is expansive and extends the entertainment area. It was so wonderful to be able to easily walk to the beautiful beach and also have ice cream at Marianne’s Ice Cream, our very favorite ice cream! This wonderful home allowed us to experience the very best that Aptos had to offer!

My dream home!

My first time ever vrbo-ing! I don’t think I could ever go back to hotels. We had a short stay at this beach house beauty. It was my daughters 16th bday & we treated her & a few of her friends to a beach getaway with parental supervision of course! ;) Everything was five stars all around but did give cleanliness a 4 due to outside overflowing garbage cans. 5 stars to the property management company for being so responsive & had the extra trash picked up the next morning! They are a great host to work with especially since it’s my first booking. My daughter has been all smiles nonstop as she & her friends had the best time! This was a perfect treat for the teens as well as the adults. Would absolutely book here again!! Thank you for the lovely memories!!

Stunning home in wonderful location

The house was immaculate and beautifully remodeled as of the end of last year. We appreciated every design detail. They really did an amazing job. One thing we liked best was being able to open the sliding glass doors upstairs and the open feeling it gave between the deck, kitchen, and living room. It was a great space for a large family group (4 adult couples plus one baby). It was really nice to have two full bathrooms for each bedroom downstairs. The master bathroom shower upstairs is gorgeous, although it is shared with the second bedroom upstairs (or they shared one of the downstairs showers). It was great to have that extra half bath upstairs too, though. We also loved the close beach access (less than five minutes to the Seacliff Beach Gate stairs) and peekaboo ocean views from the house. Safeway and coffee shops (and a Marianne's ice cream!) were also only 3 minutes down the road. A few notes would be: 1. The main TV upstairs kept turning off and on while we were watching the Warriors basketball game. It was to the point that everyone went to their own rooms in the house to watch on separate TVs, which was not ideal for being able to watch all together in the best area of the house, but at least it was nice that there were so many options. 2. The first bedroom downstairs had a very loud, squeaky bed, where my husband and I stayed. I would not want to stay in that bed again. 3. We had a 1 year old with us and we kept a close watch on her upstairs, but it would be an extra plus if the house had a baby gate to put at the top of the stairway. Overall, we truly had a wonderful time and we were so grateful to spend it in such a stunning home with our family.

Great location Great house Only complaint was how hot it was at checkin. No windows opened and it took a long time to cool down the house. Otherwise no complaints.

Great location

Great location to the beach. The house wasn’t very clean upon arrival, the floors were dirty as well as the couches need a vacuum. Some of the bedding is tired and has stains. We unfortunately visited during the heat wave and there was only 1 fan in the whole house - temps around high 90’s. It would have been nice to have more fans delivered since there was no AC. We couldn’t get the fire pit in the outside table to work, I inquired early into our stay but never heard back. I would stay again and hope it would be a bit cleaner especially since the cleaning fee is so high.
