We have stayed at this location 4 times now. It is fantastic. The views are simply incredible and the units are clean, well appointed, and spacious.

We give it 5 stars for the view and location!!Very clean and comfortable stay. Everything we needed was there. We did not do any cooking, but it seemed to have everything one would need. We sat at the patio table and watched all the colorful birds and humminbirds. So fun!Covered parking at the second level.The location is not ADA compliant. We stayed on the lower level. Unloading and getting to your vehicle is a bit steep. Someone with knee or stability issues may have some problems. We still give it 5 stars. The view is incredible!!

Picture perfect, great location, well equipped condo!!

Can’t say enough good things about this property! Location was perfect, set up and accommodations (beds were so comfy!) were perfect, check process was seamless! I would highly recommend this property for its location and proximity to all the hot spots in Sedona.

Wonderful experience

Perfect location being close to everything. The view from the unit was spectacular, it was very clean with everything you would need and the snacks and water were a great extra added bonus. We would definitely stay there again.

Such a great location - the condo was perfect as was the location. Not just easy access to Sedona, but an accessible hiking trail right behind the development. The morning view out the front door was breathtaking.

Nice Condo with Beautiful Scenic Views

We stayed here on the last leg of a busy week touring national parks. The views from this home are so incredible that we did not need to leave to do more sightseeing! We were able to rest and recover before heading home and it was perfect. The home is clean and comfortable and the property manager was responsive and helpful.

Relaxing Sedona Stay

Fabulous. Property was very well manicured, clean and our unit well appointed. Everything we needed. Location is very convenient to everything without driving in Sedona traffic. Excellent hiking right out the door was a bonus. We will be staying longer on our next visit and plan to stay at this property.

Sunrise special

The condo was clean, quiet, comfortable and well equipped. The layout was such that the whole front of the condo looked out onto Sedona's beautiful landscape. This is the perfect place to stay in Sedona. It has the most beautiful views that change during the day as the sun moves across the vistas. We are from the east coast and kept to that time so we got up early and could enjoy our morning coffee while watching the sun fall on the mountains in front of us.

Fabulous View Amazing Location

The view from the porch was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space amenities. The inside was adequate however in need of maintenance in several areas i.e. faucet in kitchen, towel bar in master ensuite, several burned out light bulbs in master bedroom. The overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired (clumps of hair/qtips on floor in bathroom).

Great 180-degree views of mountains surrounding Sedona. Our condo was on the lowest of the three levels and so the view was slightly obstructed by a lower residence. This may have been beneficial however since it mostly blocked the lights from the city below and not the view of the mountain beyond. The lower level also allowed direct access from our room to the common spaces outside. My grandson and I enjoyed using the Bocci court several times. The dead-end-road access provided very nice privacy. Also enjoyed several evening hikes on the trails immediately next to the location. Beds were very comfortable. Fire pit was also nice. Following defects were noted however. 1. Light levels were a bit low in the showers. 2. Many of the common area chairs had their seat bottoms busted through or nearly so. 3. The common area water feature could use some water treatment. 4. Some of the condo's hardware needs attention. Towel rack in one bathroom would fall off if you weren't careful. Microwave filters fell out upon opening door, etc. 5. The ignitor for the fire pit was difficult to get going. One time it took us long enough that when we did get the ignition there was enough gas floating around that we ignited the bush next to the pit.

Sisters weekend

We arrived and walked around the corner and our jaws dropped from the views!!!! So close to everything. Tlaquepaque so close that we walked for dinner and Uber home for about $5 (made for a fun night). The unit was clean and had everything we need for a great stay. Our favorite thing was the outdoor space. We used the fire pit both evenings and enjoyed wine and the most amazing views. (Only note is they can use some new out door chairs). Can’t wait to book again soon and bring my husband down to enjoy this amazing VRBO. Sincerely. Lolly

Wonderful stay!

My adult daughters and I were extremely pleased and comfortable staying in this condo. The kitchen is well appointed, the beds are comfortable, and the view is spectacular from the large patio area. It is quiet and serene yet within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Perfect. We'd definitely stay here again.

Would definitely return!

This was the perfect vacation spot for us - nice, central location for hiking, restaurants and shopping. The condo was very comfortable for 4 adults. The view is phenomenal in any weather! The large porch, fire pit and grills are a huge plus. Kitchen has all the basics we needed.. Really appreciated the carafe/pod combo coffee maker as I prefer a carafe and most rentals just have the pods. We hope to stay here again!

The place was really nice, well-kept, and cozy after a long day of hikes. They even had annual park passes so we wouldn’t have to buy one as an additional cost. The view was also incredible.
