Denna enhet har två sovrum, master BR har en queen size-säng som sover två och det har eget badrum. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng med badrummet tvärs över korridoren. Vardagsrummet har en utdragbar säng som rymmer två. Andelslägenhet sover bekvämt sex personer men vi tillät max åtta personer utan en extra avgift. Ytterligare två personer måste göra sina egna sovarrangemang. Badrummen har stående dusch med toalettartiklar och handdukar för sex personer. Andelslägenhet har ett tvättstuga. Det finns WIFI och en smart-TV som du kan logga in på dina Netflix eller andra konton. Köket är fullt utrustat inklusive alla små apparater som kaffebryggare, mixer, brödrost, mikrovågsugn, grytor och kastruller etc. Uteplatsen har matplats för fyra och två solstolar. Enheten är uppvärmd och luftkonditionerad. Det finns omvänd osmosvatten i köket. Casa Blanca är en gated community med 24/7 roving vakter. Det finns tre pooler inklusive en längs stranden. Utsikten från denna enhet är till sydöstra från uteplatsen mot den gamla hamnen och havet av Cortez. Uteplatsen tar emot morgonsolen och är skuggad från den varma eftermiddagssolen. Casa Blanca Golf Villas kräver att handledsband bärs hela tiden under ditt besök. Dessa kommer att utfärdas vid incheckningen. Casa Blanca erbjuder tillgång till tre pooler, en uppvärmd och en bredvid stranden. Du kan också njuta av en runda minigolf med familjen, titta på vågorna, bada eller snorkla. Det finns andra aktiviteter till en extra kostnad som att rida på banan, ultralite-planet, en jet-ski eller wave löpare. Njut av magnifika soluppgångar och solnedgångar, fiske, turnera i staden, njut av en välförtjänt semester.

Property was very well kept. Morning sunrise and sunset from balcony is beautiful. We were able to bring our service dog huge plus. My kids overall had a wonderful stay as well, they were able to take advantage of all the amenities and enjoy time on the beach.

My happy place

This condo was great. Location perfect. Close walk to the beach. Pools where nice. Super easy check in and out. The only negative I would have is the mattress on both beds need to be updated. Pillows are hard and towels need to be upgraded. I would still stay here again!

Nice stay with our pet

We stayed at this location for 10 days. It met our needs and was a great introduction to the area around Casa Blanca. The condo would be 5 stars if there was a little more attention to the finishing touches. A few of the light switches and outlets were not in the best condition. Overall the property did work for our needs and provided a comfortable stay. It was nice to have such a pet friendly stay.

Nice location and clean

The location is great. The condo could use some maintenance however. We noticed some lamps didn’t work and the curtain rod for the sliding door was pulling out of the wall. The beds are very very firm so I would recommend bringing a pad and also your own pillows. Oh and shampoo and conditioner. Unfortunately everyone in our group forgot this and none was provided. Otherwise the unit is very clean with a well stocked kitchen. Beach towels were provided and golf clubs and balls which we made use of. We will probably be back but will be more prepared next time with items listed above to make the bed more comfortable. Really enjoyed our long weekend here! Thank you.

What isn't there to love?

This condo rental was amazing. I was very hesitant at first because of how far the beach looked in the pictures. It is a bit of a walk however, it was not bad at all. I wish I could upload my own pictures and videos of this condo because the ones on here do not do it justice. We were ALL pleasantly surprised at how beautiful it is. I have stayed at Las Palomas before and the interior looks just the same. I am extremely grateful that I had the opportunity to bring my pet and there were baggies everywhere to clean up after them! There are both propane and charcoal grills available. The pools in the condo area are extremely clean and my daughter loved them! There is a section for small kiddos who might not know how to swim which came in handy for my niece. The pool by the ocean was very dirty but it was closed and being cleaned. There are showers by the ocean for the people staying in the condos. This condo was right on the end of the hotel zone and still within a VERY good area. Luxury restaurant was right down the street two minutes away! The condo has everything that you need including a washer and dryer. The views are amazing. I could lay down and see the ocean from the master bedroom bed. LOVED THIS PLACE. Will definitely book again in the future!

Great resort. Good value.

This unit could use a bit of maintenance, but overall it is comfortable and clean. Good view of ocean from balcony, but it’s still a bit of a walk.

Wonderful stay

Spent 10 nights here, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Very nice property with heated pool and putt putt golf course. The only pet friendly rental resort on sandy beach. Beautiful and spacious condo just a short walk to the beach . Highly recommended.
