Detta 5 sovrum 5 badrum hem är verkligen fantastiskt. Wrap runt däck ger 180 graders vyer. Rymligt vardagsrum med välvda tak och fantastisk utsikt över vattnet. Alla 5 sovrum är rymliga, nyligen ombyggda utan kostnadskonserverad och fantastisk utsikt över vattnet. Varje rum har egen temperaturkontroll och kabel-tv. Platsen ligger nära affärer, bryggor och restauranger. Stjärnorna på natten är verkligen spektakulära, särskilt från nya badtunna! Hemmet kommer bekvämt att rymma en stor grupp. Ägaren kommer att försöka tillgodose speciella önskemål. Gott om parkering. Båtlister finns på TanTara Marina. Gemensam pool. Vacation Heaven

The property is amazing with plentiful parking and lodging. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very open. There was not much we needed from the owner but when we did need something, the owner was quick to respond and very helpful!

Great Stay, great location, excellent view.

Phenomenal place. The only issue I have is that we didn’t stay for more than one night. I would love to come back here. The check-in process was extremely simple and straightforward. My counterpart was accommodating and responsive. Everything went well.

Needs Maintenance

Beautiful place just needs to be fixed. Railing on deck borderline unsafe, Ants all over kitchen. Some appliances didn't work. Great Location.

Not great

Too small of a kitchen for the number of guests it’s rated to accommodate. Lots of things need repair or update. Windows cracked. Urine around the toilet. Filthy bed sheets. Not stocked with basics…toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels. Not enough towels for a large group. Poor water pressure and shower heads. No water access to the lake. No window shades. Easy check in and check out. But, with all the above mentioned issues…we won’t be returning and won’t recommend.

Incredible view

Huge house with lots of room for activities. Killer view of the lake in a great location. House is a little rough around the edges, but that didn't hamper our fun. Parking was perfect. We fit 5 pickup trucks in the driveway with room to spare. The only issue that was kind of a bummer was the ants all over the kitchen counter. Overall, we'd stay here again.

Just what we needed

We were looking for a location for a long weekend getaway with our kids and grandkids to celebrate a family birthday. The size and layout of this property was the ideal accommodations for our needs. I would agree with other reviews that there are some maintenance items and a few hazards with the deck and railings that need addressing by the owners, but it was below zero temperatures and/or snowing for much of our stay, so we mainly were inside. The kitchen was well stocked with tableware, cookware, appliances and gadgets - more than I had anticipated, so we enjoyed cooking together during our time here. Beds/mattresses were a bit soft for my and my husband’s liking, but the sheets were high thread count and nice! View of the lake is spectacular and visible from several of the bedrooms, which also have deck/balconies (which didn’t use due to weather). Overall, this was a pleasant trip and great location for our gathering.

Family Vacation 2024

The house was spacious! The view from the deck was great! And sunsets were beautiful. We wanted to use the firepit but it was rusted out. Host was very accommodating. She sent over a new one immediately, which was very nice. However there were so many weeds in the area that we had to clear a path to use it. The house does need deep cleaning. Issues that were reported last year in the comments were never taken care of. Loose railings on the deck, broken deck chairs, sliding glass doors don’t slide, and they do have mold in the tracks. The TVs and Wi-Fi didn’t work properly. With a little TLC, this place would be awesome!

Awesome time on the lake!

We had a great family vacation at the Lake of the Ozarks! This house slept our big group of 12 wonderfully. With three King bedrooms, all the adults were very comfortable. The bunk room was perfect for the younger kids and the loft worked out fantastic for our older kid. The amenities (wifi, TVs, streaming services, gas grill, hot tub, access to the Margaritaville pools, jet skis, and boat rental) were also great. The view is awesome! Our host, Julene, was very helpful and responsive as well. My only critiques are that the cleaning crew could spend just a little more time between guests, and the closest pool isn't "steps away" from the house as the add says (it's a pretty good hike). We ended up loading everybody up and driving to the pool. It was way too far for the kids. Overall, the house worked out extremely well for us, especially for the price! Thanks Julene!

We made it work

We were misdirected about the shuttle service to and from the Margaritaville resort and Marina, but we were able to drive our own vehicles to and from to compensate. Our property owner was responsive and updated the changed swimming pool codes when we discovered the error. The house would benefit from a deep cleaning. Under beds, furniture, and throw rugs were dusty. Lightfixtures, inside cabinets, and closets were grimy. Surfaces and service ware were clean. We used our own disinfectant and air fresheners to improve our comfort level and meet our personal cleanliness standards. Linens were insuffient for our 12 adult guests, but the owner had additional linens sent over.

Birthday celebrations!

We came to celebrate both of our kids’ 21st and 25th birthdays with friends and family. It was perfect location, wonderful view, and accommodating to all of us! Had pretty much everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinners. The young adults enjoyed the hot tub and the closeness of Landshark Pool/Bar. Only real issue was ice maker didn’t work and we only had 4 ice cube trays so we had to but a bag of ice. Also ANTS!! We had to make sure everything was off the counter, food wise, other wise they would have been in everything. We found some spray but that didn’t keep them coming. We grilled out one night and have to say that the grill has been used well. Broken handle and lots of caked on stuff. Over all it was a good weekend. Definitely needs a deep cleaning and not just a surface clean after each use.

The location of this home is amazing! The house itself has a ton of potential, but it is very rundown and is in need of a deep cleaning. We are not super type A people, but from the dirt that we could see, we were not comfortable allowing the under one year-old to scoot around on the floor. In the kitchen, there were ants all over the counter when we arrived. When we started opening cabinet doors, there were crumbs all in the cabinet, which is probably attributing to this. The trim piece on one of the sliding doors was held up by packing tape and fell off, hitting one of the younger children on the head when they were trying to go out the door. The carpet in two of the bedrooms had bare lines where the pieces of carpet did not meet up, and the rug had a corner chewed off. In one of the main bathrooms, there was what was assumed to be staining on the floor. I got down with water and a hand towel and scrubbed for about 30 seconds. The tile went from being brown to cream colored. There were covers missing on the electrical outlets and many of the light switches did not work. All in all, this could be an absolutely amazing stay, but it did not feel clean or safe for a family. We did reach out to the host to let them know of some of the issues within 12 hours of arriving. We were thanked for our input by the owner/host, but there was no offer to send out housekeeping or exterminator etc to try and mediate some of the issues before we left. Our stay was only for 2 nights.

Host was fast and helpful with any messages that I sent. Absolutely amazing home. Beautiful view from almost every room in this house. Balconies on I think every room as well. The heat was terrible this week and we were very impressed how cool the house stayed. Nice location. Highly recommend!

Perfect Spot

This gem was perfect for our three families that traveled to Osage Beach for our family reunion. The location was perfect and the deck had an amazing view. Sadly we didn’t spend as much time there as we would have liked as our reunion was elsewhere. Would definitely rent again!

Good Experience Overall

This home fit my group comfortably. My only comments would regard the deck railing and outlet use. The deck railing was not steady and would not be suitable for families with young children- my group was all adults, and even so, we were weary of leaning on the railing on the decks. Several of the outlets in the home were not functional, making it hard to charge devices/get ready with large groups. The host was very responsive and friendly and we enjoyed our stay overall!

Great family house

We stayed here for a family reunion and the house was great for all of us. Price was less than many others in the neighborhood. Walking distance to Margaritaville. Wonderful big water view from expansive deck. Hot tub was a great touch. Kitchen was well appointed and easy to cook for our large group. The homeowner was responsive and helpful with questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Christmas in October!!!

The space worked great for home base for our family gathering Got early check-in and late check-out. Love the host very accommodating and helpful. Only issue was bed space. Couch converted to bed called queen but maybe long double. And one room was short a queen bed. Very nice outside area and roomie sitting space. Plan on making this a yearly event!!
