Beläget i det vackra, exklusiva gated community av High Grove, Clermont, som är en liten exklusiv utveckling av 160 hem alla med den distinkta underbara Medelhavsstil som ligger precis i slutet av 192 bara 6 miles från Disney. Anläggningen själv har ett underbart klubbhus med tillgång till datorer, fax och kopiatorer, ett gym ,, spelrum, stor uppvärmd pool med jacuzzi spa. Utanför finns ett parkområde med minigolf.

Vår helt luftkonditionerade villa är ett fyra sovrum, tre badrum fristående hem med pool och spa. Alla sovrum har 32 "smarta (WiFi) TV-apparater med Spectrum (vårt motsvarande SKY) Hemmet har en öppen planlösning till bottenvåningen med separat tvättstuga och spelrum i garaget med airhockey, biljardbord och bordtennis. Det finns också ett duschrum i nedre våningen som också leder till det yttre poolområdet. På första våningen, sovrum med eget badrum och ytterligare dubbelrum, två tvåbäddsrum och familjebadrum. Fastigheten ligger vid sjön och har vackra solnedgångar över sjön, mycket avkopplande efter din dag ute i parkerna. Gratis WiFi ingår.

Från vår egen vistelse oktober 2018. Loungen har nu en ny 2-delad svit med nytt matta och nya soffbord och sidobord. Alla rum har helt nya 32 "smarta tv-apparater.
Som en del av vår vistelse i april 2019 tillkom en 55-tums smart-TV och en del utomhusbelysning.

Den yttre framsidan av fastigheten är också skyddad av 24-timmars CCTV

Strax utanför det gated community finns en irländsk bar som heter "Devenneys". Den har en utomhusterrass som gör mat, har underhållning och visar sporten på TV. Nu kan det inte underskattas att du faktiskt kan gå till en pub från vår villa. Det är cirka 500 meter och allt inom det säkra gated community.

Fantastic Villa in Clermont

We just returned from a fantastic 2-week stay at this villa, and it’s hands down the best property we’ve stayed in during our many holidays to Orlando. Located in a peaceful, well-maintained gated community, it offered the perfect balance of comfort and convenience.The villa is an ideal base for visiting Disney and other attractions, and when we wanted a break from the parks, the private pool and sun-soaked patio area were perfect for relaxing. The outdoor space gets sunshine almost all day — a real bonus!There are plenty of amenities nearby, including a massive Walmart just minutes away, making it easy to stock up on groceries and essentials.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again — highly recommended!.

Great house

Our stay at High Grove was wonderful. House was clean and exactly as listed. Pool area was clean and pool area was nice and big. Great view too...would definitely stay again.

Amazing experience and so clean

We had an enjoyable stay in your beautiful Villa. Everything was spotless, clean and fresh. Property was as described in the listing there were no surprises. The property had everything that you would need during a stay. This was my first time renting through Vrbo and I was quit nervous as I normally rent through a management company for safety reasons but this experience was better than expected and I will do again. Exceeded all my expectations. Host was excellent with communication and follow through. Thank you so much for a most enjoyable vacation and making my first rental experience through Vrbo a fantastic experience.

2nd visit to an excellent property

Clean, spacious, well equipped property with comfortable beds only 30 mins from Disney. Excellent pool area with uninterrupted views over a small lake with loads of wildlife - turtles, birds and a gator while we were there. The house is on a great plot and is very well maintained. A real home from home. We hope to return again in the future.

Fantastic Villa choice

Having stayed in Orlando a few times over the years you need a few things to really make the villa work, this place ticks all those boxes. You need to be genuinely close to Disney, this is 20 mins and you pass all the restaurants on your way home. Secondly it needs to be clean and modern (at least modern by Florida standards), this one also meets that ask. It’s modern, open plan and spotless. Finally you need all the amenities promised in the adverts such as good clean pool, proper games room and all the kitchen gadgets, again this has all you need. So would recommend to anyone and return if we come to Orlando again

Great House, Great Location

Clean home and well kept. Short drives to Disney and any stores or food you need. Neighborhood was quiet and the pond behind the home was peaceful. We will definitely try to book again in the future.

Mid vacation stay. Clean on arrival and all in good order. Wi-Fi and speed was excellent. All utensils etc required for self catering. 4 large bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms all in excellent order..Pool are pool and patio furniture were great. Would recommend to anyone as we really enjoyed our stay great to get out of the crowds in resort areas after a long day to a quiet and relaxing location

Incredibly Clean, Great Location

Had an excellent time at this location. Host was super responsive, and the place was impeccably clean. There's a few spots where a new coat of paint might be needed, but zero real complaints from me. Great location, close to groceries, Starbucks, etc. Heated pool and spa were perfect, and furniture was very comfortable Hope to stay again next time I'm in the area.

Comfortable Stay/Has Potential

My family recently stayed at this property. Communication with the property owner was very good. First floor has been updated, but second floor (carpet and bathrooms) need updates. Property had a musty odor. Even after I washed our clothes at home, they still had a smell. Maybe increased ventilation of filtration would improve this. Location was a reasonable drive to Disney and was located on a nice quiet community.

Excellent property with all of the facilities as described. Close to the theme parks but in a gated community with access to bars and restaurants close by. Very clear information and acces instructions provided by the host.

Family holiday to theme parks

The villa was excellent. The location was perfect for Disney parks. We walked the short distance to the local bar which was just outside the entrance high grove and walked a couple of times to some local shops. Also, publix, Aldi and Walmart(actually walkable) are close by too. The pool was lovely and the games too was, for us, an added bonus. We also used the pool at the hub which was larger but didn’t use any of the other facilities as we didn’t have time. The villa is spacious and well equipped.

Beautiful property

We enjoyed our stay at this property! The home is beautiful, and the pool area is fantastic and private. Watching the wildlife from the pool area was one of our favorite features of the home. Communication with both the homeowner and property owner was prompt, and both are very nice people! We would stay here again!

Really awesome place

I can't recommend this place enough. The location, the price and the place was just awesome. I'm definitely going to be going back. The location of the house was so nice and quiet. There is wildlife in your back yard, which was quite the treat to see. The pool and the spa were used and appreciated every day. We had one issue with the pool light, but it was fixed easily the next day.

Nice property

Stayed here for our Universal Vacation. Proximity to everything was good, quiet neighborhood, plenty of businesses nearby for convenience. Property was as described, pool and hot tub were excellent as was the downstairs bathroom. Spacious bedrooms, HVAC struggled to keep up in the heat of late July. Giving a star deduction, although the host was great, failed to return a left item as promised. Cleanliness deduction as we felt the carpet needed to be deep cleaned.

Best Fall Break

We had the best time staying at this immaculate, conveniently located, quiet retreat of a vacation home. The first morning we were greeted by two sandhill cranes outside the kitchen window! The home had every amenity we were looking for including a bedroom for each of us (myself and my three children), a fully operational game room, pool toys for the pool, and a heated hot tub for soaking after a long day of fun at Disney World. The kitchen had everything we needed to make simple meals on the few occasions that we cooked. We will definitely be back!

Overall a very nice property, our family enjoyed our stay. The location was great for us, Universal about 35 minutes away, Disney 20. The pool and hot tub was nice, got plenty of usage. The rooms were big and found the beds comfortable. Some things could be updated, the kitchen chairs are either torn or heavily stained. The stove and dish washer was new, although they left the old ones in the garage along with the boxes kind of got in the way if the kids wanted to play ping-pong. The house just needs a little TLC, starting to show it's age a little. Over all we had a pleasant experience and would consider staying again.

Excellent stay, few things you want to know.

The location is perfect. The house is spacious, bright and well lit. The pool and hot tub area are fantastic. This house is a tad older and you can see it in some of the fixtures (like ripped dining room chairs and stained patio chairs) but it is kept clean (except the living room ceiling vent that has large clumps of dust hanging from it. Kinda gross sitting on the couch looking at it) . While I would stay here again in a second and recommend it to anyone asking there are a few things that need updating or that we wished we knew ahead of time. For example, you have to buy and bring all your own trash bags, paper towels, shampoos, conditioners, bath soap, laundry soap, salt, pepper, pan spray…none of those little essentials are provided and that adds up real quick. You can’t live in a house for a week without those so plan to spend $100 just getting set up. The pots and pans are old and scratched, and the knives are very dull. You’ll make do but be aware. The knives are hard to cut with and do not cut a straight line. FL asks you to recycle but only one indoor trash bin is provided so unless you plan to run outside every time you have a recyclable item you really can’t separate your trash. The most disappointing was the quality of all mattresses and pillows. The mattresses hurt us all and it takes 3 pillows to equal one. The pillows and blankets for that matter are paper thin. Not comfortable. We didn’t sleep well at all. Be careful using the master shower. The glass door opens right in to the toilet. I was certain it was going to break but it didn’t. The coffee pot is a very basic model and does not have an auto shut off. I’ve actually never seen one that didn’t shut off on it’s own and we came home one day to having left it on all day, the house smelling of burnt coffee and half a pot had evaporated and turned to glue in the carafe. Nerve racking to realize that was on all day. That said, you must know I would stay again given how quiet the neighborhood is, how responsive the renter is and how nice the place is overall. No neighbor issues. It is cleaner than most places we have stayed and the lack of basics like trash bags can be overlooked for clean, the pool and the game room. Still five stars even though I listed a few things.

Great Location to Disney

Great experience; well maintained large home with pool and connecting hot tub. Communication with manager went very smoothly. Furnishings are quite nice. Stove a bit dated and needed TLC. However, I suspect all will be in working order for the next guests as the manager is very responsible.

We viewed many properties before we purchased this one. The reason we purchased this property was.

a) Exclusive gated community.

b) One of the cleanest and best kept communities we saw.

c) A club house with a gym as well as games room, community pool and lounge.

d) There is a pub/restaurant just outside the gates so you can actually walk to a bar/restaurant without driving, it will take 10 minutes to walk it. It doesn't get any better than that.

e) The pool area has a great outlook towards a lake and some wooded area, very tranquil.

f) Inside the villa has a lovely open plan feel and felt like a home to us.

g) The parks are all within a close reasonable distance as well as all the bars/restaurants/takeaway, stores and supermarkets that you will ever need.
