Vår 4 sovrum / 4 bad skid-in / ski-out lägenhet (Edelweiss 17) har en helt ny inredning, massiva kärndörrar, allt nytt träarbete, vackert förfinade hickorygolv, ny färg, mattor, belysningsarmaturer, takfläktar, VVS-armaturer och rostfria apparater. Alla badrum har anpassade kakel, toppmoderna glasduschdörrar och golvvärme! Möblerna är helt nya från vintern 2017!

Nya sängar, sängkläder, sängkläder och köksartiklar! Mysig upp till vardagsrummet spis med anpassad staplad sten och rymlig eldstad. Stora skidåkar med egna trädörrar och handsmidad hårdvara håller alla semesterleksaker borta. Sovrummet (King) ligger på huvudnivån med två sovrum sviter (King and Queen) på övervåningen och ett rymligt trundbäddsrum (4 tvillingar) med bifogat bad för alla yngre resenärer på lägre nivå. Barnrummet har även en TV och XBox.

Den lägre nivån har också en stor tvättstuga med full storlek tvättmaskin / torktumlare och vi har också en pack / play crib också.

Njut av Needles utsikt, Purgatorys signatur bergskedja med 14.000 fot toppar, från vardagsrummet, matsalen eller privat däck. Resort parkering är en premie och denna lägenhet har en 2 bil carport och ytterligare parkering för 2 fler bilar tandem.

Bara några steg från backarna är Edelweiss en av de mest önskade platserna på berget och den här kärleksfullt ombyggda lägenheten har gott om plats för flera familjer. Njut av utanför dörren tillgång till en otrolig mängd utomhusaktiviteter, inklusive skidåkning, snöskor, vandring, mountainbike, fyrhjuling, flugfiske etc ....

Bo hos oss och vi erbjuder rabatter på både sommar (forsränning, fisketurer, ridning etc.) och vinter (skid- / snowboarduthyrning, slädturer, snöskoter turer etc.).

Great location, condo was ok

The wifi was not working and all the network names and passwords provided did not exist and didn't work. I finally called the support number that was provided and they provided a 4th password to try. After I rewired the modem and router I finally got it to work. One of the toilets wasn't flushed when we arrived and the condo is not very clean. The kitchen is lacking a few items that would have been nice to have, like foil, grilling tools, a strainer and spices. Overall it was ok and the location is amazing.

Needs improvements

Queen bed so hard we had to buy a mattress topper, the bathroom had no toilet paper holder, only one lamp, tv in closet on the floor instead of the bedroom wall, the window shade was broken so couldn’t open & close and no hand towels in any bathrooms had to use a wash cloth. The kitchen was sparsely supplied with only a few cooking utensils no Corning Ware type glass containers to use in oven or microwave. I guess they don’t expect people to cook. Only one meager floor lamp in living room & no ceiling lighting so really dark. No chairs on patio only a table so couldn’t sit outside. No pillow cases for the extra pillows they provided. They did have adequate floor fans which was a positive. It was nicely decorated. They did provide liquid hand soap in the bathrooms.

Nice house

We enjoyed this property. Kitchen could use more dishes and silverware and more linens in bathrooms. Otherwise great stay!

Condo is in need of maintenance.

loved the location and layout

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the short walk to the slopes! Loved the layout of the condo. Super great space. Even had a crock pot and pack and play which was amazing. The showers were pretty new are nicely kept. Heated floors in the bathrooms! Each room has it's own thermostat too which is amazing. They have an amazing storage closet for the ski's and poles. A perfect bench to put on your boots, and tile in the right places to put on and take off ski boots. The carpet is super lush and the best I have ever seen in a condo. I love that each bedroom has a bathroom. The furniture is all in good shape. (except the kids room as noted below.) I usually don't stay in places that allow pets - allergies etc. But there were no traces of hair etc. YAY! The only reason it didn't get 5 stars, The toilets have some pretty bad hard water stains?that are a bit off putting. The oven stunk of burning grease or whatever it was on the bottom. loads of gunk, we were able to clean most of it out on day two. This just means that someone cooked bacon? or Ham and made a mess in the oven and housekeeping didn't catch it. The beds and door handles in the lower "kids" room had been damaged by someone pretty badly. I can only assume kids jumped on the trundles cracking the frames of it. It is sad really, because you can tell they are not old, just rough tenants at some point. The handles are need tightened for the same reason I assume. A few things that might be added to the kitchen: a colander, a cookie sheet, a little more silverware and small plates. Overall a wonderful place to stay, and if they can fix the above it is 5 stars strong!

A good ski-in ski-out location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was the size for our group. We enjoyed the views and the proximity to the lift. We had a couple of issues but VRC was very responsive and helped out quickly. The downstairs trundle bed was pretty broken down and needs repair. One pillow had a big stain on it and should be thrown away for professionalism sake. Mattresses were just ok and probably need replacing soon. Upstairs bedframe needs attention. Overall we had a good stay.

This property has excellent sleeping 😴 quarters that sleeps 10 but the living room and kitchen was way too small for the amount of people that had to stay here. Very disappointed with living area….table way too small to accommodate the guest

Purgatory Resort

We had a great time here and enjoyed the proximity to the chair lift. We arrived pretty late our first night and the check in instructions didn't include our unit number which prolonged us getting situated, otherwise fine. I'm sure we will be back, we loved the area! Pro tip: Purgatory is 40 minutes from a grocery store be sure to load up in Durango before heading out. You likely won't want to make that trip too many times. There is a small market right here near the resort for anything you may have forgotten.

Great Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was good and a quick step across to the slopes for immediate ski access. The only thing we would have really expected was the walk across to the slopes to be cleared for those who have to walk to them. They snow was plied up and not cleared for our area and had to walk down to the end of the complex to access the slopes.

Overall, an okay place.

First off, the management company was very responsive and the guy that came out was great. The location was great- we have stayed at this same complex (not specific condo) before. The condo is nice, but lacking some attention to detail. The living room lighting is non-existent, the pots and pans were horrible (we asked for new ones and the management brought new ones), the kitchen has very little supplies (no spices, salt or pepper, few cups, few utensils, not great cooking utensils, and the dishwasher isn’t great), the table only seats 6 and the condo advertises sleeps 10, one of the bathrooms upstairs smelled moldy and shower wasn’t great, and the WiFi was terrible (pretty much never worked). We love the location of the condo, but not sure we would stay in this specific one again.

Amazing Views!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This townhouse was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and the unit location was great. Loved that we had our own driveway and parking spots. The management company was great and responded quickly to our needs. Purgatory mountain has family friendly activities and unit is within a 2 min walk. Not very many grocery stores nor restaurants close by, so will need to drive into Durango for those. Old Schoolhouse Cafe has great pizza! Would definitely stay here again. I do recommend to other visitors as well.

Nice stay

The place is in a great location on the mountain. It didn’t seem like some spaces were cleaned but the management had someone come out quickly to clean. We really appreciated that. It definitely has some wear and tear but it was nice every room had a bathroom.
