Välkommen till toskanska Pines Villa, vår rymliga lyxigt inredda villa i en villa i toskanska bergen, en medeltida stil "gated community" i en privat och lugn miljö, men bara några minuter från Orlandos världsberömda sport- och nöjesattraktioner. Vår villa har 5 stora sovrum, 4 badrum och garaget är färdigt och utnyttjas som ett spelrum med en full storlek biljardbord, turneringsstil fotbollsplan, ett 7-tums airhockey bord och ett hoops basketspel i ett rum som är väl- tänd och ventilerad.

Grand Master Suite har en king size-madrass, de två sviterna har alla en queen size-säng, garderob och badrum.
De andra 2 sovrummen har 2 enkelsängar i varje och de delar ett badrum.

Villaen har en stor avskild "uppvärmd" privat pool (13 'x 25') och bifogad jacuzzi spa. Poolen är söderläge med utsikt över en tallskog. Gäster på vår villa kommer att hitta det idealiskt beläget inom några minuters bilresa till Disney attraktioner, lokala mästerskap golfbanor, många restauranger, mataffärer och apotek.

Golf Vacation

Grandkids’ first time at Disney

Property is exactly as it appears on the listing. Very spacious and clean. We were able to move around each other and our belongings easily without feeling crowded. The kitchen had everything we needed We weren’t cooking much as we were at the park morning till night every day. But it was just enough for quick breakfasts and midnight snacks. There were plenty of towels and the beds were very comfortable. It was a very convenient location in proximity to the parks and a very nice quiet community. Highly recommended would stay here again! .

Excellent Stay

The house was everything as advertised. Very clean and was very well equipped. We had a large thanksgiving dinner and we had no problem preparing the meal and had all the utensils needed. We had a great time and would stay there again.

Great vacation property

We stayed for ten days over Christmas . The house is beautiful and has a very great layout. The owner has thought of everything and is very attentive. Would definitely stay again, location is perfect.

Amazingly Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay at the Tuscan Hills property. It is in a gated community, Close to restaurants, grocery stores and Disney parks. The house is decorated nicely, was very clean. The pool and spa were nice and outdoor seating area has a TV to enjoy. It was perfect for our stay while we went to the Disney Parks. The Host was very friendly and helpful with communication to access the property. I would definitely stay here again, it was so wonderful.

Family 2022 Vacation

Everything was great - 5 stars Everyone loved the pool and the gaming room in the garage was a big hit for the kids. The house was clean and we had plenty of rooms for everyone. Over-all this was a great experience and we were very pleased.

Nice Disney stay

Wanted a private place to stay off hours when we were bringing kids to Disney and Universal. This was the perfect location for commuting back and forth. The house has plenty of room and everything was maintained nicely. I would recommend it to anyone!

Awesome Family Friendly Rental

EVERYTHING about this rental, the booking, the owner contact, the property, the amenities, and location was AMAZING! The home is beautiful & well stocked. We loved hanging out in the pool & hot tub watching TV in the evening as well as the game room! We were in reasonable proximity to the parks & close to a charging station for our electric vehicle. We will definitely stay here in future trips when we have small grandkids. They literally had strollers & swim diapers!!! I

Perfect Family Getaway

Well maintained and spacious home for our adult family to enjoy quality and quantity time together. The pool and lanai area was used daily to enjoy the warm weather ( visiting from the north ) and fresh air. Bedrooms, Kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed. We bought a few items for the kitchen (i.e. baster, grater ) to cook Thanksgiving meal only to discover it was already there ! We will definitely try to book again in the future.

Disney vacation

Great experience with this rental property. Close to Disney. House had everything we needed to stay with 2 small children including portacrib, high chair, pool toys , safety gate on pool. Didn’t want to leave. Would definitely like to go back. Easy to contact owner with any questions we had.

Perfect Home Away From Home

Couldn’t ask for a more perfect place for our family of 6 to stay, while vacationing in Florida! Close to SO MANY Orlando attractions, yet located in a quiet, beautiful gated Tuscan Villa community!! We were so impressed w the cleanliness of this home and the attention to EVERY detail…too many to list! We had every comfort of home and then some!!! Special touches included beautifully decorated bedrooms, comfy couches, fully stocked and convenient kitchen, fluffy towels, a loaded game garage & an AMAZING pool…fun for the whole fam both day & night!! Truly the highlight of our trip to Orlando! Also, very much appreciated owner’s personal connect with us upon arrival and stress-free check-in and check-out! EXCELLENT!!

Words can’t express how lovely this place is! Even nicer than the pictures. Very clean. Spacious. Fully stocked with everything you need. Gated and safe. Twenty minutes from Disney. Restaurants within 10 minutes. The game room, pool with multi lights, complimentary board games, and outdoor tv are highlights! Not a boring moment. Rick, the owner, is kind and attentive. Definitely highly recommend it and hope to stay again!

A Genuinely 5-Star Experience

I would honestly need to write a novel to capture just how satisfied and impressed we were with our stay. Not only was it cleaner, bigger, and more luxurious than the already flattering pictures would suggest, the house is also stocked to the brim with every comfort, every extra, every last detail one could ever (and never) conceive of. I am an exceptionally "demanding" and "particular" guest. I have almost unreasonably high expectations when it comes to these things. Rick truly exceeded them all. To name a few of the perks: the pool toys, the blankets, the robes, the extra towels, the premier laundry appliances, the dishware, the board games, the first genuinely comfortable bed, the TV quality, his response time, and the professionalism of the staff who serviced the hot tub and pool. Again, I could go on. There is too much to enjoy at this property, and we didn't even get a chance to fully utilize its potential. To anyone debating the higher price point, I emphatically say, it is worth it and then some. It would practically be irresponsible not to shell out the extra money for a stay of this caliber. I am not only grateful to Rick for our stay, I'm seriously motivated to reach out to him for mentorship on how to create such a stellar vacation experience at his rental home.

We had a very well derserved relaxing vacation. The house was very clean. Privacy around the pool was great. The house was beautiful and very well stocked. I would definately recommend anyone to stay here. it was also a very safe neighborhood.
