Everything was great. Highly recommend. Only concern was the basketballs and some of the equipment was broken or balls were flat with no pump to pump them up.

We have stayed here several times and it always a blast! This year we had a small hiccup and they were there that afternoon to get it fixed. Great people!

Great Family Reunion House

We loved staying at this house! There were 22 of us and we enjoyed plenty of space in all the rooms-the treehouse bedroom was a favorite. We especially appreciated having 2 stoves and 2 refrigerators. Thanks for creating such a fun and comfortable vacation home!

What a fun place to go. The water was too cold to play in the first few days but there were other activities to keep us entertained until we could go in the water

It’s a beautiful property. Very well maintained and so many cool details in the finishing. We didn’t have time to use the theater, but everyone loved it and all of the game activities. Beds were very comfortable. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen.

Great house for a retreat

We used this house for our men's retreat and it was great. There was plenty of room for our meetings. There were a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms to meet our needs. The owner was easy to work with. The only slight complaint was the lack of a pantry to store the tubs of food and supplies we brought.

Family Reunion

It had everything we could ever need. I wish I had booked one more night so we could have enjoyed more of the amenities the house offered. It was spacious and had great access to the lake. Everyone had a great time.

Best Bachelorette location

Truly one of the coolest spots I’ve visited in Utah. This property had an incredible location overlooking the lake, along with amenities and entertainment for all to enjoy. Not to mention plenty of individual beds for everyone to have!! Which was so important. Hope to be back!

Awesome place!

There were so many things to do at the house that we didn't even do everything. Our favorite thing was the pickleball court. The hot tub was perfect. The movie theater room was very cool and comfortable. The kitchen setup was amazing. The view of the lake and mountains was absolutely beautiful. We would love to stay here again! Thank you!

The property was all that we needed it to be. The rooms were clean, comfortable and sufficient for our group. The view is very good. We even saw some wildlife (deer, turkeys and quail) while there. The kitchen is fabulous and well stocked. We loved that there were two refrigerators and freezers which provided plenty of room for all the food we brought and needed. The dining room was great and the additional seating at the island was nice. The kids enjoyed eating outside on the patio adjoining the dining room and enjoying the view while eating. The pool table was a hit as almost all of us took a turn at playing against each other. Unfortunately, my grandchildren were all better than me and I lost every game, but enjoyed the time with them. The bathrooms were clean and plentiful. It was good to have the 1/2 bath on the main floor to use while we were gathered in the dining room or living room playing games and talking. The hosts were quick to respond and the communication was excellent. This property is a great value and is perfect for families or groups to enjoy the Bear Lake area comfortably. Some of us (especially the kids) really enjoyed the hot tub, though I didn't get in. There was plenty of parking for all of our vehicles. There were 20 of us there and we all enjoyed a great vacation. Thanks,Ron

Perfect home for a family reunion

We had a great time staying here for our family reunion. We especially loved the pickleball court and the fire pit and the kids loved the theater room and the games in the garage . The kitchen setup was very accommodating to feed a large crowd and was very well stocked with everything we needed. The host was very nice and communicative. The house was clean. I liked the location of the house too because it was just a 5 min drive to garden city but close to some hiking trails in Logan canyon. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing house!!!

I don’t have enough good to say about our stay here! The house is gorgeous with an incredible view of the lake. The house was clean and so spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed to feed us all. The grassy backyard, fire pit, and pickle ball court were highlights for us. It’s an amazing property that fit all of us with room to spare. We will definitely come back to this property!!

Fantastic House with Great Views!

My entire family spent our Christmas at this property and it was unforgettable! There was plenty of room for all the individual families and the grandkids LOVED the tree room of bunk beds. The christmas decorations were wonderful and the view of Bear Lake is gorgeous. The host was very quick to respond and kind enough to let us check in early. There is so much fun to have at this property with a pool table, theater room, ping pong table, and hot tub. It was lovely to have snow on Christmas, but if it was warm outside we wouldve loved the pickleball court! We had a fantastic time:)
