Lincoln Log 4th of July Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this house was absolutely amazing! Location was great, space and accommodations were perfect. Our only critique would be it was a little dirty upon arrival, there were dead bugs/filth in the refrigerators, dirt and leftover items such as modly baby bottles under furniture and then just overall dust and spider webs through out the house. We were able to get it cleaned up to enjoy but wanted to relay that to you.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with stunning views, peaceful surroundings and the comforting charm of a well - kept, cozy retreat. The cabin was spotless with everything we needed - from kitchen essentials - to extra blankets for a nights by the fire. The deck overlooking the water was the highlight. It truly felt like a home away from home - only better!

Beautiful home and town.

Beautiful and comfortable home. Home was fully stocked with everything we needed. The view was amazing of the lake and surrounding mountains. Very relaxing. Wonderful little town close by. So many activities in the area. Couldn’t ask for a better family trip.

Beautiful lake house

This house was prefect for a family get away. The location on the lake was beautiful and the house had a great view. It was very close to town and Rocky Mountain National Park. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool table and games. The kitchen had all we needed for grilling and cooking at home. Overall the perfect vacation home!

We continue to love this cabin the location is perfect. Could have been a bit cleaner, windows, outside patio table, bbg. There were no potholders that we could find, no clean sponge for kitchen sink. Thank you.

First Colorado Summer Trip

We reserved this home for a Grad trip for our daughter's high school graduation. This was one of our best family vacations ever! The home was fabulous and had the perfect layout for our group of 5. We loved the selection of games and billiard tables. We had game night most nights after dinner. The location could NOT be better with easy access to everything we wanted to do. The view is simply breathtaking. The town of Grand Lake is so quaint. I highly recommend having dinner at the historic Rapids Lodge and Restaurant. We sat out next to the rapids and the food and service was just amazing! I would highly recommend this home and the area of Grand Lake.

The experience we got from the front desk was great as well. Having the boat dock allowed easy access to dock the boat and get on the lake early in the morning. The spacious house was well maintained and the views were amazing. The town is literally a 2-3 minute drive with lots of great food and shops to browse around in. We will definitely be back next year for our next family summer vacation.

This home is incredible in every way possible: on the lake; beautifully built; incredible lake views from everywhere in the house; hot tub and fire pit; stunning water feature creating your own outdoor river; private dock; I even saw a baby moose walk into the lake while I was fishing one morning..literally everything we wanted! And Kristy was awesome in helping us book and taking care of everything. 10 out of 10!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great property. Very surprised that the property manager does not do a walk through upon arrival. We found the back door damaged and non functional, the ice maker was not working and the master suite shower was barely functional for our stay. We managed to get the door and the ice maker fixed pretty quickly and figured out how to get the shower working despite the failing valve. Overall though our 3 night stay was pretty incredible. Great place to hangout and relax.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this lovely cabin for 5 days, very comfortable, with a magnificent view, a few minutes away from Rocky Mountain National park and 5 minutes from town. Well equipped kitchen. We hiked Adams falls and short trips to Rocky Mountain. Enjoyed the jacuzzi and the fireplace.you have to buy your wood and every supplies like dishwasher soap.Management returned the calls very promptly.The only con, you have to bring your trash to a dumpster at the we had to make two trips , first the trash and come back for the luggage.Overall great place with a gorgeous view
