Kabinen ligger direkt på Shadow Mountain Lake. Den har 1800 ft2 med 4 sovrum, 3 badrum, 2 bil garage och en båt brygga. Den har utmärkt sjöutsikt och bergsutsikt från insidan av stugan och på den stora däcken. Alla rum har fantastisk sjöutsikt och har antingen queen size-säng eller king size-säng. De är ungefär lika stora.
Fem kajaker och en kanot finns tillgängliga (ingår i hyran) för gästerna att använda under sommarsäsongen. Det finns fyra hårda kajaker (för singel), en uppblåsbar kajak (för två personer) och en kanot (för tre personer).
Stugan ligger 2 miles från centrum av Grand Lake Village där du kan äta ute, gå på teatern eller handla längs strandpromenaden! Kabinen ligger 3 miles från Rocky Mountain National Park (RMNP). Du kan hitta många vandringsleder inom och utanför RMNP.

Views to Die For!

Great cabin and location. The view is beautiful and always bringing delightful surprises. Just when you think you've seen it all...a double rainbow appears or the moon illuminates a path across the lake. Inside the cabin or out on the deck there is always a fabulous view. The ability to walk down the private stairs to the dock and deck on the lake is fabulous

Perfect place for a family vacation

We chose this place for the location on the lake and we were not disappointed! The views are wonderful from almost all windows and the lake was quiet this time of year. And, the private dock was the BEST! We spent a lot of time down by the water and made good use of the kayaks and canoes. It was perfect having everything right there + having it all to ourselves. Comfort-wise, this home has everything we needed and was spotless when we arrived. We would absolutely choose to stay here again!

Location, house all great. There are 96 steps to get from the house to the dock, just so folks know. Some hard water stains and some trouble with lights, but overall super delightful.

This is our go to Grand Lake property and it just got a whole lot better

We have been coming to this property for several years now and the recent major upgrades the owner did made this place even more desirable for the family to have a wonderful lake vacation. The price is a lot cheaper (relatively speaking) than the nearby on-water properties. We love the toys that come with the house. It’s more spacious than you think and the oversized deck is to die for. Just can’t get enough of the views. Tom is super responsive and friendly. We will for sure keep renting here.

Great place!

This house has a gorgeous view and all the amenities needed for a great trip. The house is right off the main road, so, easy to get to town. Only downside is the sound of the traffic at night. However, was totally fine with my sound machine. Would def stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. House was really comfortable, clean, well maintained. We liked the large deck with views of the lake and we also really liked the dock area, where they have tables and chairs as well as kayaks available to use. It can be a little noisy on the main house deck as the house is near the main road leading into Grand Lake, but it was still nice to sit out on the deck and enjoy the views.

Enjoyable relaxing stay!

Our stay was a wonderful relaxing getaway. We used the kayaks and the canoe. Spent many hour on the deck admiring the beautiful view. Definitely got our exercise on the stairs. Close proximity to town where we wandered and of course enjoyed ice cream. The ONLY complaint We had … the bathrooms could use some deeper cleaning.

Family retreat

House was perfect for what we needed. Everyone had their own space for the most part. One group of three shared the upstairs bathroom but not a problem. It was a beautiful location. Sunrises over the frozen lake were amazing.

This property is nothing short of spectacular. The owner provides accurate and prompt information. There are incredible views from every room. Being able to get on and off the water on our own private dock was incredible. This was so fun and we hope to be back again!
