Vi finns på en West Ocean City kanal med tillgång till Assawoman Bay och Atlanten. Fisk, krabba och simma från vår nya brygga, använd vår kanot för att utforska backbåtarna eller binda upp din båt efter att ha samlat musslor eller flounder för kvällsmat. Koppla av i ett lugnt waterfront-community inom några minuter av allt OC-området har att erbjuda utan krångel på ön galenskap. Vi välkomnar upp till 6 gäster, inklusive barn. Vi tillåter INTE att röka någonstans på fastigheten, över natten gäster som inte är upptagna på hyresavtalet, höga fester eller störningar i lugnet i grannskapet.
Fem minuter till Ocean City, femton minuter till Assateague Island, det bästa av båda semestervärldarna.
Off-street parkering för fyra fordon, och separat off-street båt trailer område. 2 drottningar, 2 tvillingar. Nya SS apparater. Nytt vattenreningssystem 2020. WIFI. HD kabel-tv i LR och sovrum. Screened dining ser ut på din egen lilla strand, bukten och OC skyline. Grill i bakgården eller njut av dussintals utmärkta restauranger på "this-side-of-the-bridge". Det finns en $ 50 / djuravgift för små hundar. Stora och / eller aggressiva raser eller andra djur som inte beaktas. Ägare bor intill och är mycket uppmärksamma på dina behov. Great spot for a weekend getaway

We were in town for the Oceans Calling festival. This was a great out of the way spot to get away from the hustle bustle of the event, but close enough that we could easily get into town without any issues. The house was comfy, clean, and had everything we needed. I had a couple of questions on the day of checkout and had no problems reaching the owner who was very friendly and helpful. We would stay again. Thank you!

Great neighborhood and space

This was the perfect spot for our family. We enjoyed having breakfast out on the screened porch and walking our dog through the neighborhood. It was fun seeing ducks and geese. We usually stay on the strip in OC but this was preferable. Quiet and still close to everything.

Great house in quiet neighborhood

Property was exactly as described. Everything was clean and ready for us. The sand in the back was a great place to relax without going to the beach. Close to many restaurants, shops, and beaches. Owners were kind and responsive.

Family trip

The owner lived right next door so if we had any problems they were readily available. He interacted with our son and was educating him about crabs , which my son enjoyed. His daughter n grandkids were happy to talk to us also. I would recommend this place to others

Great spot to relax

Nice cozy spot for sitting, relaxing and playing outside by the water. Enjoyed the resident ducks walking around and swimming in the canal. Owners were very nice and accommodating. Would go back for sure.

Another great stay!

This is our second year staying at this house and we just love it! The location is ideal, close enough to everything in OC we love, but removed from the noise, hustle and bustle. It’s dog friendly so our fur babies can stay too, and the house is always so clean and well maintained. Our hosts, Rich and Marita live next door and they are wonderful and welcoming- willing to help with anything we needed, or answer any questions. We’re already planning our next trip!

Charming home away from home

Charming cottage. Loved the kitchen lots of room and plenty storage, easy to work in. I loved having coffee in the morning in the screened in porch watching the sun rise. Nice quiet neighborhood. convenient location. Owner was great great and made sure we had everything we needed.

Beautiful, relaxing home on the water

A wonderful place to spend your vacation in OC. Its close enough to be at the beach/boardwalk in 5 min and then back to peace and quiet away from the crowds. House is clean and comfortable and right on the canal. Rich is attentive to your needs, laid back and great to talk to. We will be back with our boat!

Wonderful Bayside House on Canal

We had a lovely weekend stay in this quaint and clean house on the bayside. Rich and Marita were wonderful to deal with and provided many extras to make our vacation enjoyable. The house is in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to enjoy everything that OC has to offer. Being on the canal was a hit for our children as they could fish, crab and paddle board. We would definitely come back here again when visiting OC.

Great quiet waterfront vacation property

Overall, this house provided us the basic amenities needed for a nice family vacation. The canal front was nice to relax in the mornings and the evenings and travel to Ocean City or Assateaque Island was within 10 minutes. Only suggestion I would have is to obtain a water filtration system for the home, as the smell was very potent in the water. The hosts were very accommodating and let us check in early as well. This dog friendly home met our needs overall.

Perfect location!

Perfect location. House had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood & house is on a canal. A two minute paddle in our kayaks & we were in the bay seeing various wildlife. Owners were very friendly & their daughter told us how calm the bay is if we go out very early morning. We did & it was beautiful & peaceful. View of Ocean City was pretty at night from porch or dock. Just a few minutes from Ocean City & Assateague Island. We would stay here again!

Cute canal getaway

The Keyser Point area North of Rt. 50 in West OCMD is a wonderful quiet neighborhood with a great canal system for those that love to vacation on their boat. We were up and out of the water daily and this house was a perfect home base. Canals in this area are well protected from wind/weather. The home was as described and had everything that we needed for our stay. The Mike family is very accommodating as well, more than happy to help you with any of your needs.

Well priced. Access to water and boat dock but house is dark and cramped

It was a rainy and hot week. The living room could not seat 6 comfortably. Living room was dark. Didn’t feel like vacation. Plenty of kitchen supplies but cabinets were dirty. Had to clean kitchen before use. Probably time of year but had a problem with ants. To be fair. Host provided new ant traps.

Ocean City house 2023

We enjoyed this property. The only drawback is the shallowness of the channel to get the boat out to the bay, but it's not like the owner can change that! We will probably rent this again next year, if it is available. It would be nice if the screened in porch had a ceiling fan with a light. We would have spent more time out there if there was light.

Great stay!

I've stayed in this neighborhood continuously over 10 yrs and had some interuptions because of COVID. We're finally back again 1st time after COVID and just like always enjoyed our stay. Great neighborhood, quiet and close to everything. Hosts are very friendly and accommodating. Our 8 yr old made friends with the hosts' grandkids and learned crabbing from the little kidos. Place is very clean and just very cozy for our family. We brought our 2 dogs also. We all enjoyed our stay...wish we could stay longer. Thanks for accommodating us. Would definitely again.

Great house, perfect location

We can’t say enough good things about this house and our stay this past week!! It’s tough to find a pet-friendly rental, and even tougher to find one that’s clean, and actually resembles the listing. This house was everything we could have asked for - spacious, very clean, exactly as listed and in a lovely, quiet neighborhood in West OC. My favorite spot was the Adirondack chairs in the sand by the water- so relaxing! Our hosts Rich and Marita live next door - they’re very friendly and available if you need anything during your stay. We didn’t need anything as the house was obviously well maintained and stocked with the essential items you’d expect. We look forward to staying here again!!

OC House Rental

It was perfect. Clean, spacious and had all the conveniences to feel at home. The location was 5 mins from OC over the Route 50 bridge. The owners live right next door but they were invisible unless we needed something. They were immediately available for the few questions we had. We met them briefly and they were so nice and welcoming. Our week was perfect and peaceful. If you didn’t feel like going into OC you could spend your day crabbing and clamming right from the dock at the back of the house, or you could go for a canoe ride as well. They have kayaks too but we didn’t get to that with all the other things we did for vacation. I would recommend the rental to anyone looking for a family oriented vacation!

Lovely cottage on canal!

We had a wonderful week at this lovely home! I was concerned about going away during the pandemic, but my worries were put to rest when we arrived. The home was spotless! The Mikes allowed us to bring our three dogs, when many rentals only allow up to two, and do not allow large pets. We rented two kayaks and paddled out every day to explore the canals and bay. We fished and crabbed off of the new dock, thanks to the equipment generously loaned to us by the Mikes. I initially thought that having the owners right next door could be awkward, but they were friendly, helpful, and gave us plenty of space. Other reviews about the water system in the house having an unpleasant smell proved to be unfounded, as a new filtration/softening system had been installed. My husband and our three grown children had such a relaxing stay, that we never even made it to the beach! We just enjoyed hanging around on the screened-in porch, enjoying the water views, and spending quality time together! So happy that we found this home to use as our own for a too short but wonderful stay!

Our family traveled to Ocean City for years, camping on Assateague, enjoying everything the water had to offer. We decided that this is where we would retire and built this house. When we were actually ready to retire our family had somehow grown up and grown in number. We built a bigger house next door and now can offer our guests our totally remodeled "dream house" for you to enjoy as we did.
