Stort och modernt hus vid havet med direkt tillgång till stranden. Detta hem renoverades 2017 med alla nya möbler, nya badrum, tvättmöjligheter, sovrum, matta och färg. Detta stora hem har 7 sovrum med 5. 5 badrum. De stora samlingsutrymmena rymmer lätt 18 gäster och hemmet har tillräckligt med utrymme för 18 personer att sitta ner till middag. Det finns 7 king size-sängar, flera dolda-sängar, en våningssäng och 5. 5 badrum.
Köket har allt som en kock kan behöva för att laga stora måltider. Två diskmaskiner ett gasområde, ugn, mikrovågsugn, kaffekrukor. Matsalen och köket har plats för 18.
Hemmet har också en hiss för gäster med mobilitetsutmaningar.
Utomhusområdena har ett stort däck, badtunna vid havet, basketplanet och parkering för 7 bilar.

They required a DocuSign late the night before I left and would not give check-in info without an extra Docusign contract. Never have seen that before. Maybe they don’t trust VRBO. Must be an institutional owner with a group of attorneys. The house itself was fine and had the bedrooms as stated. Would be awesome if at least more than one room had single beds as old men don’t really like sharing a bed together. Air conditioner did not work. There were no cranks to open the windows to get fresh air. Never had to wash my own sheets when we left. Kitchen was in complete disarray with no organization. Only one wine glass in the whole house. Otherwise, it met our needs very well, except for the parking was very difficult. Had to carpool from another location in Neskowin. If somebody owned the house I would congratulate them, but this appears to be investors after just making money. Didn’t like the threat of extra charges and eviction. Very heavy-handed. House location is awesome. Love the beach and grew up at Neskowin. No response from the management company so if I get charged extra, I will fight it. We left the house immaculate with washers going. Definitely more expensive than any house our group has rented.

The home is beautiful with an extraordinary location. Couple of suggestions: It would be awesome to have a leaf blower to blow the sand off the front deck. The two living-room couches need to be updated - they are falling apart and don't smell very clean. The shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom near the bonus room needs a new shower curtain as the current one has some mold growing on it.Not trying to be negative, just wanting to be honest. We loved staying at this home and would book it again tomorrow. If I owned the home, I would like to know what I could do to make it better and keep my guests coming back.

The house is beautifully arranged for a large group like ours. There are so many spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Lots of places to gather together and lots of spaces to get away for privacy. The deck is fabulous for eating, getting some sun, watching the sunset. the location is unbeatable. But the house was not clean. So much sand everywhere. windows were difficult to open, one window is hanging on a hinge and should be repaired. The back door lock was broken and we could not lock it while we were there. When we arrived the alarm was sounding, which was a bit difficult because it was pouring rain which is of course nobody's fault. It just made it all more unpleasant. The kitchen was quite sandy and needs to be organized. I know this sounds like so many complaints, but the house needs some attention. I would come back to this house because of the space and location. But for the price, I would expect cleaner carpet, less chipping paint, and generally better maintenance.

The host of this property canceled on our party of 17 less than 24 hours prior to our check-in despite having booked it five months in advance. We had paid in full, we had signed all of our contracts, and everything looked like it was a go until the very last minute when they said that there needed to be deck repairs scheduled. What was even worse was that I had been in touch with the property management company hours prior and there was no mention of cancellation. we had 12 people coming from out of state for my father‘s 80th birthday and it was an incredible stress to find out that the host was canceling our booking 20 hours before check-in. I could never recommend this property management company or this host.

Amazing location and space with some quirks

This is a tricky review as the location, views and space of this house are AMAZING! We absolutely loved the access to the beach and the beautiful views.Positives:* VIEW*Location*Amount of bedrooms/bathrooms-they were all really private as well*Kitchen was well stocked-nice to have double ovens and double dishwashers*plenty of disposable items-ie paper towels, tp , soap etc.Negatives:*Everything just felt a little bit dingy and 'on the fritz'*BBQ was GROSS-we spent 30 minutes just burning stuff off and cleaning in order to use*dishwashers were nice to have, but the door didn't close on one of them and the other one ran SO loud and long-it was impossible to use during the day*Check in process took MANY texts, docusigns etc just to get the code to the house. The contract says two days prior-but didn't end up getting it until 24 hours before check-in. Plus, 4:30 check in and a 10:00 am check out are not standard.*the absolute worst was when we got into the house, we found mice droppings on the pillows in our room-when we contacted management-their response was "Gross! Orkin is supposed to be spraying". No real apology or compensation.

Thanksgiving 2024

Our group of 11 had plenty of room. The gathering space on the main floor comfortably held all of us while doing different activities—cooking, putting together a puzzle, watching sports, and watching the waves crash.

Only thing of concern was a few things that needed fixing and wasn’t quite as clean as we thought It would be. But a nice place to stay and we’ll do it again.

Some good/ Some not so good

Beautiful setting and access to the beach can’t be beat. Plenty of room for our family of 17. The biggest disappointment was our planning to use the advertised grill for meals and discovered the grill was not only too dirty to cook on (we have pictures) but the propane and starter did not work. A little maintenance could go a long ways. No handles on windows to open or the windows did not lock on some we could open. Some window screens had holes. A smoke detector was beeping when we arrived. Batteries we found in a drawer did not work. The door handle from the kitchen to the deck would routinely fall off when using the door. A deck board was raised which caused a tripping hazard. Written information needs to be updated to match information sent online. The home accommodated our annual family beach trip well but for the cost I would expect a little more attention to detail. Not sure if we will return.

Family of 16 Reunion

This beautifully nautical decorated large home was perfect for our family! There was room for people to be together or as couples or for the kids hanging out inside and out!! The kitchen was well appointed with 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers along with adorable nautical plates. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice! My favorite part was walking out the kitchen door to the huge deck with a million dollar view of Proposal Rock and the ocean!!!!! Great deck furniture and picnic tables! The wood deck and steps need some maintenance. The hot tub was enjoyed by all the adults and kids! Unfortunately the uneven rock steps to the beach were difficult for some of us to manage - no railing - and are somewhat unsafe. There is a public rock stairway with a railing 3 doors down. Everyone enjoyed the massive flat beach, the creek and the ocean of course. LOTS of room for the grandkids to run, play and build sand castles! We had planned on grilling the 1st night but the grill didn't work nor was there any propane so I called the owner immediately, and a very nice grill and propane was delivered the next day! A maintenance man also came to fix a closet door that fell off, and the door handle to the deck which also fell off. Quick service that was much appreciated! Be sure to check that there are enough towels or ask for more. Be sure to use the check-in and check - out times in your contract instead of on the website or the framed info in the house.

A mixed review

The home and location I give 5 ⭐️. The management company gets about 2 ⭐️. There were so many broken items that should have been dealt with. It is clear they do nothing about repairs. The set screw on the back door was missing and handle came off constantly. The main level fridge had no door shelves and the seal fell off every time you opened it. The ice and water did not work and all indicator lights to change filters were on. We shared a whole list of minor annoyances that could have easily been repaired between guests. Based on previous reviews this has been an ongoing problem. Additionally we were unable to access the home until 6PM as the cleaning was still in progress. There was also so much conflicting information about check in and check out - for instance both 10AM and 11AM were listed in the same paragraph in the book. And if you booked through VRBO they will expect you to know things that aren’t listed there but are listed on their management site - which I didn’t even know about until the week before and had driven 3/4 across country and had family flying and driving from all directions. It was a beautiful home but an overall frustrating rental experience.

Family getaway

The house and location were perfect for a big family gathering. The house was beautiful, but could use a thorough cleaning and inspection. The back door lock/handle was broken when we arrived and was secured with a chair. We contacted host immediately, and the locksmith arrived six days later (our last full day). There were a few other items in need of repair but they didn’t ruin our time with family.

Family Vacation

This is one of the most beautiful locations we’ve ever stayed at together as a family! The kids of all ages loved playing in the sand and water and the older kids enjoyed trying to boogie board. The adults couldn’t stop thanking me for reserving such a beautiful home. We’ll definitely come back!

Great family reunion site

Over all, place was lovely. However, we had issues with numerous appliances not working correctly. Our main complaint, however, was being denied use of the elevator, as this was one of the main reasons for selecting t Neither of the two Worked Put Yeah, that was the second time I watched it the first time it wasn’t even it was his particular house. (Some of our group members have limited walking ability. Our ages ranged from 68-80 yr. old.) We emailed the manager asking for access to the locked elevator, but received no response. Here is our list of the other challenges we encountered: 1. Ran out of propane 5 minutes into our dinner barbecue. We had to drive to Lincoln to replace it. However, even with the new propane tank, the barbecue did not heat properly. It took 15min. to cook a steak that usually cooks in 7 min. 2. Main refrigerator ice machine did not work. 3. Neither of the 2 washing machines worked correctly. 4. Wall oven does not heat properly. 5. Cook top left back burner does not work. None of the burners could be adjusted to low heat. 6. Back door lock, dead-bolt, does not lock. 7. Heater filter needs to be changed. 8. Room 7, nightstand lights need new bulbs. 9. Window shade is missing for 2nd large window In main room. 10. We broke a freezer plastic door shelf. We put it in the cupboard above, with the other broken shelves. All in all, we had a wonderful reunion. Thank u

Family weekend

We enjoyed our weekend so much. Even with the rain. Access to the beach was perfect, the hot tub worked great, lovely home. The one coffee pot didn't work very well, only 1 wash machine worked and the pancake griddle was broken. But overall it was wonderful.

Family Visiting out of State

Family and friends stayed there for a wedding. We had plenty of space and bathrooms. It was an unusually cold and icy weekend but we stayed warm and cozy with beautiful views of the ocean.

Beach holiday

Loved this house…right on the beach that was so quiet and beautiful…access to beach is challenging for less mobile guests but there is an easy access just a few houses down. Check in times and out times seemed to vary from Vrbo site, to emails and then the house itself had a different time posted than documents sent in email…but other than that no complaints! Dog friendly which was a plus! So much fun!

Beach House fun

this is a beautiful property. We loved being directly on the beach, and easily within many restaurants and POIs. The home was clean, and well represented in the post. Host was very helpful and responsive to our needs. we'll be back!
