This lovely apartment has everything you need to make your stay in Madrid unforgettable. Itâs ideal for a medium-term stay and to make Madrid your new home.
It features two bedrooms with double beds, and a flat-screen TV in the living area, perfect for enjoying a good movie after a long day working or studying in Madrid. It also has two private bathrooms with showers.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, electric kettle, cooking utensils, plates and cutlery.
Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, toiletries, a hairdryer, an iron, and everything you need to feel right at home.
HOW TO MOVE
The nearest metro stations are:Metro Callao (lines 3 and 5): Right in front of the apartment building.
Metro Santo Domingo (line 2): 2 minutes walking from the apartment.
Metro Gran VĂa (lines 1 and 5): 4 minutes walking from the apartment.
Metro Sol (lines 1, 2 and 3, and suburban train Renfe C3, C4 and Intercity)
IMPORTANT NOTES:

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.
