Inträdesnivån för Happy Days har ett stort vardagsrum med bekväma möbler, en vedeldad spis och en platt storskärms-TV med blu ray och Comcast.

Köket är ljust och rymligt med nytt allt och ett bifogat matsal med ett stort matbord för 8 av dina närmaste vänner och familj.

Utanför matsalen finns ett litet däck med bekväma möbler för att koppla av och fånga upp på din dag.

Gå upp en 1/2 trappuppgång och du hittar 2 glada sovrum och ett badrum.

Det stora sovrummet är stort och har en king size-säng. Det andra sovrummet är ljust med en bekväm queen size-säng.

Nedervåningen kommer du att upptäcka ett stort spelrum med ett nytt bordtennisbord, nya soffor, ett minikök och en annan plattskärms-TV. Perfekt rum att sitta i och spela spel. Vi har decked det ut med en stor popcorn maker, milkshake maker och litet kylskåp för dina drycker.

Av spelrummet finns ett annat sovrum med badrum. I detta söta rum hittar du två enkelsängar och en ny queen size-säng.

Utsidan utrymmen är lika speciella som inredningen. Det finns en stor matsal i bakgården med strängar av ljus som löper längden på den stora uteplatsen. Den nya gasbryggan kommer att slutföra din underhållande upplevelse!

nice place near Guerenville

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is very nice and the pictures are pretty accurate. Location is great and easy walk to the town with lots of good places to eat or just get coffee. There is a nice grocery store there too. Near by the Armstrong Redwoods State Reerve, which is just beautiful and really required for a visit. We were staying there for our daughter's wedding (held nearby) and for that event, we could have used a few mirrors! Only one bathroom has a over-the-sink mirror and there was one in a bedroom. Hangars were minimal (we left a few). Overall the home was comfortable, the kitchen well appointed. It would be a nice place to stay in the area.

Perfect for Our Group

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Happy Days and hope to return in the future. There are multiple spaces for hanging out which made it perfect for a rainy weekend - the high-ceilinged living room, where we enjoyed having a fireplace, the large dining table where we played board games, the rec room downstairs where we revived our pingpong skills. It's so lovely to be able to walk anywhere in downtown Guerneville in minutes without driving. We are major fans of Happy Days!

Great house for girls' getaway

The location is fantastic! Walkable to shops, tasting rooms, river and restaurants. Short drive Armstrong Nature Preserve, wineries and more restaurants. The house has a very pleasant outdoor area to hang out.

Happy Days in the heart of Guerneville

We enjoyed our week here. The place is well maintained and the beds super comfy. It's a great location - between the coast and wine areas - and walking to restaurants in the town was a plus. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

We recently stayed for about a week and really enjoyed calling this our home away from home. 2 short blocks from the main road with restaurant, shops and bars. The outdoor backyard was nice to sit in the afternoon. Overall, great, comfy place to stay and relax among the redwoods and river!

We were very comfortable with 4 adults and 1 teen ager. The neighborhood was friendly and there were many dining options near. Safeway was in walking distance which was very handy

Gurneville Getaway

My partner and our friends stayed at this house for pride weekend. The location was absolutely perfect. We were able to walk everywhere. Loved the back yard and front porch. We were very comfortable.

Mom’s Birthday

My sister, her fiancé and myself took our mom for her 91st birthday. It was an easy walk to downtown area, with good restaurants all around. The house was great, very roomy!

Chill weekend

Such a cute house. No issues with check-in. The game room was super fun. The location is pretty amazing. We walked all over town. Unfortunately, there are a couple of downsides. I have bruises all over my legs from hitting the bed frame in the bedroom to the left of the stairs. Very small room and the door barely clears the bed. And it’s an uncomfortable bed to boot. The other bed was great though. The house was clean overall but could use a really good deep clean and a fresh coat of paint. The were some questionable stains on the wall in the upstairs bathroom and walls/doorframes could use a good cleaning. It’s a short walk to the river. It’s really close to the Armstrong Redwoods. It was a great time. Would absolutely stay again!

Great internet and location

I worked remotely while my family played ping pong and enjoyed the town. The internet was consistent throughout my visit including multiple video conferences. We enjoyed easy walks to delicious food (ice cream and muffins were our favorites) and to the river. The outside space was nice too.

Girls Trip

Me and my 6 friends stayed at Happy Days and it was everything that I could have asked for. The house was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook all the meals we wanted at home. The location was also incredible- easy walking distance to Johnson Beach, Guerneville taco truck, and some fun downtown bars. Upon checkout, the trashcan out front was full. I emailed our host and quickly received a response plus she called to confirm that the handman was on the way. I appreciated the attentiveness. Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend it.

Fun Family Getaway for the 4th of July

This house was well laid out and comfortable for our family. We really enjoyed the corn hole game and ping pong at the lower level. Loved being able to walk downtown Guerneville and enjoy all the shops and restaurants. No problem with parking...we were able to fit 2 cars in the garage and one in the driveway.

Perfect place to stay in Guerneville

The location was perfect to allow my family to explore or do their own thing, window shop, grocery store, go for coffee, walk to dinner! I love the ping pong table and the outdoor area. We played corn hole every day we were there. The house was well appointed and clean. And we were able to paddle the Russian River as well as do a few wine tastings. Thank you for sharing your home!

Guerneville is a nice central location…

Spacious and clean except for the outdoor area…furniture too dusty to use and didn’t feel like cleaning it. Needs a new shower head in the master bath. But we had plenty of space, made some good meals and toured around the area. Nice ambience. Appreciated the games and jigsaw puzzles.

Birthday Celebration

We had a great stay celebrating my daughter's 16th. The set up was perfect for her and her friends. The kids could hang out downstairs and I had the rest of the house to myself most of the time. It was a great location for them to be able to walk everywhere they wanted to go. The only thing I wish is that it had a fridge downstairs, and since there's a milkshake machine, an ice cream scoop would be nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Family and Friends

Great property and location is close to everything. Kitchen needs pot holders for those that actually cook it’s a necessity. Detergent for the washer should be nice as well. Neighborhood is across from a bar/motel and can have some late night/early morning noise on the street. Overall a great weekend and home!
