Enjoy swimming, kayaking, and watching the river come alive with fun in the Spring and Summer, or relaxing in front of the propane fireplace, while cooking with friends and family before a soak in the hot tub during Fall and Winter. Great Property on the River

We had a great time staying at this property on the river, located near Gurneville. It was clean, had kayaks/paddleboards, and the property manager was very communicative. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to have some fun on the River!

Beautiful home

We were on a girls trip celebrating our 50th birthdays and had an amazing stay at the riverfront home in Guernville. The home was clean and had everything. The beds were super comfortable. You can not beat the location or the views. We enjoyed sipping coffee every morning watching paddle boarders and kayakers go by and listening to all the birds. We would definitely go back. Thank you for hosting us.

Another great stay!!

This is maybe the 5th time my friends and I have stayed at this property. We absolutely love it. It's always super clean, has everything one needs, and the dealing with the owners/manager is a dream!!It's right on the water with beautiful mostly private views. Access to the river when available is so fun, and the hottub is always clean and inviting. I love this place so very much.

Birthday Treat

This home was ideal to celebrate my daughter's birthday with her friends! We enjoyed the location, and cooking up a feast. The dock was off limits because of the seasonal rains, however this news was communicated to us ahead of time and we made adjustments as to where to access the river and it did not impact our enjoyment for a long weekend. The girls loved the hot tubbing under the stars. Thank you for having us!

Paradise on the Russian River

The home is beautiful, comfortable and well stocked. We enjoyed the dock, the hot tub and the lovely kitchen and dining areas. It was quiet and serene. Hope to return soon.

Girls weekend

It was a beautiful piece of property. We all love to prepare meals each night. The kitchen was well stocked. Access to the river was perfect with a couple kayaks that we loved. We enjoyed the wildlife. We do this each year, but choose to go to different locations. But if we didn’t, this was definitely be a house that I would recommend returning to year after year.

What a wonderful experience start to finish. The management was immediately reactive to any/all needs. The house was clean and cozy. The floor plan is amazing for a group weekend away together (a big one for us when booking for a group), open & perfect for socializing whilst cooking, playing games, enjoying just sitting with a coffee and watching the river flow by. Highly recommend, already looking forward to coming back in summer months!

Perfect

This place ticked all the boxes on our list for the perfect vacation. Especially loved the huge hot tub, the open floor common space, the proximity to downtown, the ease of check in and check out, and the communication with the property manager. There is obvious special care and consideration taken into account for everything about this house to ensure a truly relaxing vacation. Can’t wait to come back during the Summer to use the dock and kayak on the river!

Perfect Getaway

We had a group of 8 people and our dogs stay at Paradise and it was the perfect size for all of us to have a great time. The location is awesome and the dock is newly renovated. We loved the hot tub and utilized the bbq grill. Nothing but good things about our weekend staying there! (Maybe except that the weather was colder than expected lol!) I also love the fact that this house is dog friendly as we were able to let our dogs have a super fun weekend along with us! Would for sure stay at Paradise again if we want to have another group trip to the Russian River!

Relaxing River Retreat

Beautiful home, great spot on the river, easy to access. The only thing that was odd was the lack of beach towels on the property. We were instructed to bring our own or to buy some in Guerneville. Given that this is water-adjacent property, to me it only makes sense to provide guests with towels for the river. Otherwise it was outstanding and I would rent again and/or recommend to friends.

Beautiful

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. The dock and the river access are a dream. We did have a small issue with some construction happening next door. Apparently, it’s been going on for several years without much of an issue but the noise was really rough while we were there. They were working on building the deck and the structure around it, which required some very intense, loud equipment and machinery. I reached out to the property managers and they were understanding. They let us know when the construction was going to end for the day and tried to accommodate us the best they could. Even with this, I would recommend this property to anybody.

Roomy & Stylish well-appointed vacation rental with river access

Stayed for a long weekend. The checkin process went smoothly thanks to a very detailed email. The bedrooms were all comfortable, the bedding was nice (a nice detail for a vacation rental). Kitchen and open dining/living was great for meals and hanging out. Outdoor area had plenty of seating and great access to the Russian river. Walkable to town. This is a perfect location and Guernesville had everything we needed for a couple of meals out as well as provisions for cooking and enjoying the weekend. We happened to stay during unusual heat- thank goodness for the a/c!!!! (Not at all too common in this area)

Amazing weekend in Paradise

Paradise is the perfect weekend getaway. For my birthday weekend we decided to visit one of our favorite places with our whole family, which included myself, my husband, our daughters, our sons in law, and of course our golden retriever. We were blown away with how beautiful the house was and how comfortable and roomy it was for all of us. The kitchen was big and fully stocked with all your cooking essentials, and we were even able to barbecue one night. But by far the highlight was the river. Not only was the view insanely beautiful, but being able to walk down a flight of stairs to our own private dock on the water was just amazing. The house even had kayaks and floaters for us to play can in the water. We honestly had such a fun weekend, and with such a nice house and easy access to the water, we didn’t even feel the need to leave all weekend. If you are looking for paradise, this is it.

Wonderful experience

We have stayed in many riverfront homes in the Guerneville and Monte Rio areas over the years, and this home is by far our favorite. The house was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the layout of the home is great for socializing as a family and for having quiet time in the bedrooms. The house is very light and bright (many skylights) and there is a view of the river from the window and the deck. Unlike many riverfront homes in the area, the steps to the dock were sturdy with handrails. The dock is large with some natural shade and an umbrella was provided as well. The river location is great because there are no homes on the opposite side of the river, so you have a beautiful view of trees. We were also really happy that there is very little road noise when you are in the home and also when you are on the dock, so it is easy to lose yourself in nature. Naomi did a great job of communicating with us. We always had what we needed. We especially appreciated the clear instructions posted to the refrigerator in the kitchen which made it easy to know when trash day was, etc. Overall, we had a fantastic experience in this home and we plan to return for many years.

Great property! Peaceful and pleasant stay.

We stayed for one weekend with about 4 to 5 people and two small dogs for a birthday celebration, all of us are women professionals that used most of the amenities. The house has a wonderful view of the river, lovely decks, and ample space with the three bedrooms and the extra two pull out couches which we only used one of because one of us doubled up. Unfortunately it stormed almost all weekend and we did not get to enjoy the river or deck very much and definitely not the kayaks sadly. When there was a break in the rain we did check out the dock for a minute and I’m sure it would be really fun to experience. We were able to use the hot tub for a little bit during the day but nighttime it’s too difficult with the houses being so close and quiet it’s not realistic to be out there late. The two car limit which I know is a city of ordinance was very inconvenient but obviously nothing we could do about that. Finding where the overflow parking was located, was not easy as well but we made it work. We don’t have complaints about the place as the only things that could’ve been better would be, the heating was down but the housing manager left the fireplace and space heaters on before we got there so that helped a lot but it did get pretty cold at night. Also the street gets flooded very easily so with all the rain, loading and unloading the car was very tricky with all the puddles and mud. Again nothing to do with house management per se so we have no complaints about the actual service or stay. Anyone who wants a very secluded, calm, peaceful generally great view place to stay with multiple people this place is great. I wish I could’ve stayed longer just by myself after everybody left but with all the rain we were all ready to just go home. Also we did cook dinner there one night breakfast both mornings and it seemed to be well equip the kitchen also plenty of room with a nice big island for everybody to work together. Only thing missing was Ziploc bags that would’ve been nice because we had all these leftover foods that we didn’t know how to pack with us. But such a small comment/feedback. Everything was great we had a lovely stay we would definitely stay at this house again - maybe when the weather is better!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful house. It was one of the cleanest VRBO’s we have ever stayed in. The cozy couch and chairs with the view of the river was our favorite spot. The private dock was great and the river there is deep enough to jump in. We enjoyed relaxing on the dock and using the SUP’s provided. The management company was great to interact with and provided clear instructions for check in/out. Korbel is a short drive with excellent champagne tasting and the free tour is a must. We also enjoyed the beer and food at the Russian River Pub. We enjoyed our 3 day weekend here and would definitely book again.

Great location, walking distance to town/johnson’s beach. Clean comfortable house as described with a nice kitchen that has everything you need to make meals. We mostly prepared meals at the house. The paddle boards and kayaks were super fun to use exploring the river.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Managing a riverfront property in Guerneville allows me the excuse to take a break along the river banks each time I visit Paradise. Guests love the location for its' unobstructed views of the Russian River, its seasonal river access, 2 single kayaks, and of course, the hot tub.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This home is located just far enough out of town that you feel removed from the town's activities, yet close enough that you may choose to walk to town for an afternoon lunch & ice-cream, or an early dinner. Less than a 5 minute drive from Guerneville, yet on point along the river bank for all it's fun and games. Modern furnishings, an open floor plan, and professionally cleaned between each stay.
