Stort, varmt och bekvämt hus på Creek. Protokoll från centrum. Mycket privat

Detta hus är fantastiskt. Ursprungligen byggdes 1925, har det omfattande ombyggnader och har nu de moderna bekvämligheter du letar efter (ombyggt kök, bad och däck). Möblerna är helt nya och platsen på bäcken är fantastisk.

Cherry Creek Lodge är gjord för att komma bort från allt. Idealisk uppsättning över en säsongsvikande bäck på två sidor, med två uteplatser från huvudnivån och en från den nedre. Hemmet byggdes ursprungligen 1925 och vi har bevarat de flesta detaljer och gett det en modern vridning.

Gourmetköket är fullt utrustat och ombyggt med bänkskivor i granit och andra moderna bekvämligheter inklusive ett vinkyl.

Det finns två master sovrum med Cal King sängar (ett upp och ett ner) tillsammans med en två rum svit med en drottning. I höljet har vi också en drottning och bäddsoffa.

Det finns ett stort rum med matsalen och vardagsrummet byggt av gammalt växande träd med en öppen spis. Nedervåningen finns en våt bar i hällen tillsammans med en 55 "platt skärm med kabel och Netflix.

Platsen är bara väster om centrala Guerneville och är väldigt tyst och privat men du är bara en 5 min bilresa eller snabb promenad från handlingen i centrum eller allmänhetens tillgång till stranden.

Observera att vi är på Holbert Creek och som kartan visar, cirka 0,75 miles tillbaka från River Road och den ryska floden.

If I could give this listing more stars I would. Besides the fully stocked and amazing kitchen, comfortable and warm decor and furnishings, out of this world decks and views, fireplaces (outside and in) wonderful neighborhood, secluded but still close to all necessities location, charming and spacious rooms with crazy comfortable beds and linens, being nestled between the redwoods, different lounging spaces and eating areas … and listening to the creek was seriously swoon worthy … oh and dog bowls!!! Nothing was missed, we felt right at home…the list goes on and on but the hosts Lynda and Brett were the best part … made us feel so welcome with a delicious welcome gift and a sweet note upon arrival, allowed us to check in early (we were traveling with kids and a dog), the fast responses and kindness we felt made this property the best we have ever rented. We are looking at calendars for a return trip asap. Wonderful!

Wonderful cabin tucked away in cute neighborhood

Our family absolutely enjoyed our stay at Cherry Creek Lodge. Check in was a breeze and we loved the nearby creek. It was so relaxing listening to the water all day! The amenities in the kitchen was well stocked. We appreciate that in a rental house because we did some cooking during our 5 night stay. There were towels and blankets all over the house to help us feel cozy and warm. I highly recommended staying here and would love to come back in the summer.

Charming, Beautiful Weekend Getaway

Eight of us spent a long weekend at Brett's place in honor of our parents' wedding anniversary. Our three generations had a wonderful time. The home is cozy, very comfortable, and nicely quiet. We loved time in the hot tub and time on the decks under the redwoods. We can't wait to return!

Enchanting cabin in the redwoods

This property is such a gem! Clean, spacious, cozy, and well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and decks under a canopy of redwoods. It is very close to the cute little town of Guerneville where there are lots of shops and restaurants. We spent our afternoons lounging by the Russian River, hiking in the redwoods and visiting the coast. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful decks!

My sister and I loved spending time talking and reading on the decks, watching movies in the media room and hanging out in the hot tub. The place was well stocked, clean and a pleasure to stay at. Super great location too!

Great for weekend getaway to the river!

Beautiful stay at Cherry Creek Lodge

Brett’s house, Cherry Creek Lodge, is a beautiful house in an amazing location. We enjoyed coffee and meals on the deck, and soaks in the hot tub. The house is clean and comfortable, and very pet-friendly. It’s a short drive to downtown Guerneville, which has many pet-friendly patios at restaurants, bars, and wineries. We will be back to visit again.

Weekend getaway

This was our second stay at this lovely home. We came to celebrate a birthday and spend time in the wine region. Every day here provided a number of things to do and see. And we did them all from wine tasting to a hike in the Armstrong Redwoods along with a dinner at Valette in Healdsburg. The best thing though was coming back to this comfortable, well equipped home in the forest on the banks of a creek. Thanks Brett and family for sharing your home. We'll certainly be back.

What's Not to Love!

Hot tub, hammock, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, 3 patios, porch swing, entertainment, WiFi, babbling creek, woods--we had an excellent time at this cabin. There are many neighbors living in the woods, so this was not as private as we wanted, but that was not a problem. Great place to relax for a short while.

Great spot in a great locale

We came to the area for only two nights but thoroughly enjoyed this home. It was very comfortable & had everything we needed. The rain deterred our plans a little bit, but luckily, a break in the weather allowed us to go to Armstrong Woods which we highly recommend if you are visiting the area. We also had a lovely dinner in Jenner at River's End. Thanks Brett & family for sharing your spot!

Lovely area

Loved Our Trip to the River!

We had a fabulous time with family and friends at Brett's cabin on the river. We enjoyed eating at Saucy Mama's BBQ, hiking in Armstrong Woods (even in the rain), renting kayaks and hanging out with friends at the Monte Rio Beach. Brett's cabin is even better in person and is one of the best spots we've stayed in our many years of visiting Guerneville!

This is my second property on the Russian River. I love the area and sharing it with my guests. I am a contractor in San Francisco but like to get away from it all in the Redwoods and enjoy time with friends and family.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This place has a great vibe. It is a ways back from River Road, very quiet and I fell in love when I walked though the front door into the living room with the fireplace and redwood. . We just finshed up the interior and deck last week and I just spent my first afternoon in the hammock, while hearing the creek babble and it is just perfect. It has been extensively remodeled with new decks in the front and back. I tired to create a place to get away from it all and reconnect with friends and family. I truly hope that you enjoy.
