Our Villa is the perfect choice for a family vacation, romantic weekend getaway, or a group of friends on an outdoor enthusiast adventure! Relax in a remodeled one bedroom with two queen beds, one bathroom, mini fridge, microwave, dresser, flat screen HD television, nightstand with lamp, full bath/shower with granite countertops and granite surround.

LAUNDRY: Common area; use pay machines on 2nd and 3rd floors steps away from the central elevator.

ACCESSIBILITY: Elevators available to each floor.

~ CHECK-IN/HOUSEKEEPING ~

Guests have access to resort facilities, can enjoy keyless check-in, and have 24 hour access to customer service but do not utilize the hotel staff if needs arise. Property Manager will be the primary contact, front desk staff will not provide customer service.

We ask that guests review check in information sent prior to arrival to ensure a seamless check in experience. To provide optimal privacy to our guests housekeeping will not access your villa for daily room cleanings, linen changes, towel changes, etc. If a need should arise during your stay, please contact the Property Manager directly, not the front desk.

Overall, I think the room

Overall, I think the room was nice, comfortable and a good value. Some comments however, to improve the experience for another vacationer. 1) When I arrived, it took me 15 minutes to find the room. I suggest Kyle include in his pre-arrival email a map suggesting where in the immense parking lot to park. 2) When I first entered the room, the entire suite was open, throwing me off as to where my actual room was. It actually was to my benefit because when I realized where my double queen bedroom was located, I noticed there were no coffee cups or classes for me to use. I helped myself to two cardboard coffee cups and one glass, then closed and locked the door to the living area, fearful that at some point while I was there, another vacationer might arrive to stay in the King bedroom and Living room, which in fact happened on day 2 (since I checked and saw the inside door to the Living room had been closed on the other side and locked).

Midway Vacation Properties provides a variety of vacation rental properties within the scenic wonderland of Midway, Utah. Nestled in the mountains “midway” between Sundance Ski Resort and Deer Valley and Park City Ski Resorts is the mountain town of Midway. Kyle Wharton, and Travis Jackson are the business partners providing these great properties and we live here in Midway. We provide properties that allow our guests quick access to a variety of local activities ranging from over 100 holes of golf between Wasatch State Golf Courses, Crater Springs Golf Course, Soldier Hollow Golf Courses and Red Ledges Golf Course. There are 2 lakes (Deer Creek Reservoir and Jordanelle Reservoir) within 10 minutes of Midway along with a variety of incredible biking and hiking trails, blue ribbon fly-fishing excursions, horseback riding and ATV/Razor trails and rentals. And of course, downhill skiing all around and even cross country skiing on the 2002 Olympics course at Soldier Hollow in Midway.
