Another Nice Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had another nice stay in A Cool House. Online confirmation and contactless pick-up of keys at office on Main Street is convenient. The house was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Close to Moonstone and downtown. 15 minute drive to Cayucos; 40 minute drive to Paso Robles.

The house is perfect! It is immaculate, comfortable, and welcoming. There are two suites, a great room and well outfitted kitchen. The balcony offers a wonderful view of the ocean and the garden is nicely tended. Everything about this vacation rental is terrific.

Reviewer Comments: Property was clean and floor plan was very nice.kitchen was clean and well appointed. picked up keys at rental office - no problem Ocean view was nice but property adjoins Highway 1. Traffic settled down at night but could be noisy at times during the day.

Comfortable Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here before and enjoy the views from the many windows and the expansive deck. The large succulent garden eliminates nearby neighbors. My husband appreciates having no stairs , and I love my walks to Moonstone Beach. The only drawbacks are highway road noise and vertical blinds that don't always perform per instructions.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have stayed in the house. It is handicapped acceptable and of course has a wonderful view. We have found the house to be clean, well equipped and comfortable. This year we even had a deer spend the first three nights with us. He was on the property between the fence and the highway. He made no attempt to run when he saw us.

Highly recommend this home! Absolutely spotless. Great location and view. walkable to town and beach. Very spacious and comfortable. updated fully equipped kitchen. Comfy furniture. Nice to have 2 full bathrooms. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area again.

The view is fantastic. Yes, the house is so cool, was spotless and well appointed, the neighborhood is so pretty. It does sit just above the highway so there is traffic noise during the day, but in the early morning and at night we could hear the surf, a beautiful sound to fall asleep by.

Space was exactly as shared. We loved hearing the ocean each night. It’s near a street that can be busy but this did not bother us. Neighbor across the street was warm and welcoming. Loved the garden and location was wonderful.

The TV instructions are too brief and assume the user is familiar with Spectrum and seem multiple handhelds. I recommend reviewing thwm.

Vacation

Absolutely loved this house. The deck looking at the ocean and the open windows in the living room made it the perfect place to not want to leave. 5min walk to moonstone beach was everything that we were looking for. Will be looking to stay here again for sure.
