Clean property and great views. The stairs could be challenging for some folks but overall easy to get around and not cluttered like some rentals. Comfy beds too!

We like to call this our "home away from home" as this was our second time staying here. The views are to die for (we saw dolphins from the deck!). Well-appointed and comfortable beds. Close to great restaurants (Hidden Kitchen for breakfast that will fuel you for the day) and Schooner's for great food and live music.Can't wait to return!

We were very pleased with the cleanliness, the provided supplies, and the wonderful view of the ocean and Cayucos pier. We were right in the midst of the Cayucos street fair. Very fun and would do it again and again each year.

Excellent property in a greatT location. We were disappointed the view from our deck was mainly of the roof of the condos closer to the beach.

Great location right in the middle of town close to everything in town. Steps away from the beach. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The condo was cozy. Great views of the beach from the balcony.

We enjoyed the beautiful ocean and crashing waves as we relaxed on the deck. It was fun to be in the heart of Cayucos! The owners were very helpful and promptly responded to communications.

Communication was so easy, fast response. Location was great, view of the ocean! walk to everywhere in Cayucos, steps to the beach. The apartment was decorated well and very well stocked. Highly recommended.

This beach getaway is perfect. A cozy home with just a few steps to the sand and a few steps to many other amenities for dining and shopping. A wonderful quaint little beach town that is not overrun. We will definitely come back here again.
