Let’s start with toilet paper. Our host cared enough to supply us with rich lush TP and not that “crappy” stuff often found in rentals. Our host also supplied firewood, which we enjoyed - liberally.Great views, sweet hot tub and sauna.The Power went out for a bit during a storm, and Our host sent someone to check on our welfare.Clean. Great communication.

We enjoyed the ocean and mountain view, the sauna, the hot tub, walks on the beach.. We appreciated the comfortable beds, the well stocked kitchen, the 'extra space' (the teens, especially..) and how clean and well maintained the home was. Lovely - again!

We were here in April and again in October. We enjoyed everything about the house and had decent weather both times. The kitchen is nicely stocked, everything is clean, and the "extras" are so thoughtful - uke and guitar, telescope, great books, sauna, hot tub

Stunning Manzanita Beach House

This beautifully appointed Beach House is perfection. The views are absolutely stunning with big picture windows, high-end furnishings rocking chairs to enjoy the view right across the street from the beach and Ocean. This home has everything that you need for a perfect getaway. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are large and the bathrooms are spa like inspired. The large soaking tub in the primary suite is pure luxury. The outdoor barbecue sauna and hot tub add to this beautiful retreat. The hosts are wonderful and communicate in a timely fashion. It is five stars and a 10 out of 10.

Excellent property!

Our family enjoyed this home so much. There were so many amenities, a very well stocked kitchen, the place was spotlessly clean and spacious. The view of the coastline from this property was phenomenal.

Awesome house and amazing location!

This home was awesome for our nice, relaxing extended weekend stay. It is perfectly located on the beach with amazing views, and the home went above and beyond our expectations as we loved everything about it...great facilities, fantastic rooms, 3 large full bathrooms that were remodeled with style. A place to make memories

I have nothing bad to say about this house and its location. We took my parents and my twin daughters and the house was perfect for all ages. The owners are very intentional with the features and the amenities. This was our second time renting this house and I cannot wait to return.

Perfect vacation home in the perfect location!

My family enjoyed our week-long stay here immensely. Honestly, we were wishing for another week in this well-stocked, cozy home. The location is just perfect - slightly elevated from ground level so that you can always enjoy views of the beach and ocean without the sea grass obscuring your view and just far enough from the mountain so that you can see it in its majestic entirety. The sunrises and sunsets are mesmerizing, and the windows really showcase both the mountain and ocean. The house is comfy and welcoming, and it has much of the basic necessities and more, especially in the kitchen. The owner is very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. We would love to come back any time of the year and plan to do so.

This property has everything a family needs and more!

This property was clean with a beautiful view and easy access to the beach. It was the perfect size for the five of us. We had plenty of places to congregate and places to have a little solitude. We enjoyed making meals together in the open kitchen and our great granddaughter was able to sit at the counter and help. The kitchen was completely stocked....even for a baker! Best of all there was warm water at the outside hose. A nice treat when washing off all the beach sand of which there is always so much. We would definitely stay here again or recommend to friends and family.

Found my joy in Manzanita

My husband and I travel often, and have rented homes all over the world. I can honestly say that this is one of the best we have ever rented. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Manzanita, and I would come back in a heartbeat. The hosts have thought of everything in terms of comfort and convenience. The bed and furniture are very comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with everything you could ever need (wow!!), the views are amazing, the beach is beautiful, the town has cute restaurants and grocery options. The only thing this house is short on is availability. Don't hesitate! I am glad I didn't.

The perfect house at the perfect location

The location, property and view are amazing. An easy 5-minute walk to be on the beach and did we mention the views of both the beach and the very green hills beside it? The house is fantastic with basically two master suites and a third bedroom with a separate bathroom across the way. It has a hot tub and a sauna which we both used. And as a bonus, there is a playroom downstairs which the kids loved. We had one alarm go off in there but the property manager reacted quickly and was super helpful and we ended up being able to turn it off. The owners checked up on it later as well. There is so much to see on this Oregon coast and the drives are spectacular with green curvy roads and hiking trails everywhere. Highly recommended and we would love to come back at some point.

A place to make memories!

If I could rate this place higher than 5 stars I would. We traveled from Washington with our 2 year old twins & my parents (6 total) & the house was perfect for all of us. We each had our own bathroom/bedroom & there was plenty of space so you did not feel on top of each other. We spent the bulk of our time in the living room/kitchen because that view is spectacular. My Mom is a chef & often travels with her own knives & various cooking utensils & she was pleasantly surprised to find everything she would ever need/want in this kitchen. I cannot say enough nice things about the level of thoughtfulness and details the owners put into this rental. Many of the places we have traveled just came with the bare essentials and cheap things but this place felt like we were home for the week that we stayed. The towels and sheets were lovely and soft, the wine glasses and dinner plates were a beautiful quality, the knives were sharp and perhaps my favorite feature the Sonos sound bar so that we could listen to music in the living room/kitchen area. There were even emergency kits for every person in the house in case of earthquake/tsunami. Along with flashlights in every closets in case of power outages or walking from the beach at night. We had coffee every morning in the front yard and enjoyed the beautiful views and flowers and would end each day on the deck with a glass of wine retelling all our favorite parts of the day. For anyone with kids, this house is AMAZING!! It's nice and open so you can keep an eye on them while you are cooking. And the best part is, the house comes with a bonus room in the basements that has a couch, TV, any beach toy you could ever want and various other games and toys for the house. It even comes with beach chairs, a portable cooler, boogie boards and a wagon so that you can make a day at the beach easy and fun. We were lucky and had beautiful weather everyday but I am looking forward to bringing my family back during the winter so that we can enjoy cozy games nights and delicious winter meals. I can't imagine staying anywhere else on the Oregon coast. We will forever remember the memories that we made here and hope to return to make more. Thank you John & Maria!! Very nice home that is well kept up. Location is great with easy beach access just across the street. The view is spectacular! Nice to have both the hot tub and sauna. The beds are comfortable. The owners and local management are very responsive and pleasant to deal with.

We have stayed at this superb location for a number of years. Each year it seems even better. ....beautiful view, attentive owners , hot tub, sauna , easy beach access and many more attractions. Worth it for the view alone!

This was such an amazing property! We visited for spring break and from the moment we checked-in to the moment we checked-out, it was perfect. The location can't be beat. The house was perfectly clean, cozy beds, everything you could need. As a mom, I especially appreciated how kid friendly the property is and the fact that there were ziplocs and foil available - a small thing that goes such a long way when you're traveling! We can't wait to come back again!

Nothing short of a wonderful stay!

You can see that the view is amazing (pics don’t do it justice) and the location is great. Amenities like a hot tub and sauna are a bonus. What you can’t see are all the little things they have done to make your stay amazing. There wasn’t one item in the kitchen that we couldn’t find. They were even more than we didn’t even know could exist let alone in a rental! Little things like amazing towels, great comforters, it felt like friends had given us their home for the long weekend. And to top it off the house was spotless and the communication great. It was very difficult to leave thale spectacular view. We look forward to coming back again soon. Stunning Seaside Retreat

This house has the most gorgeous views of any place I've stayed and moreover, the hosts have created a thoroughly welcoming, comfortable and charming retreat. It is thoughtfully designed and generously provisioned with everything you'll need for stay-at-home meals. The hot tub (with a view!) and sauna went a long way toward making cold, rainy days more enjoyable.
