Apartment in the center of Barcelona with a furnished terrace, spacious living and dining area, three comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, and washer-dryer.
This bright and welcoming space with high ceilings offers air conditioning, central heating, free WiFi and safe box.
We provide all our guests with towels, bed linens, personal toiletries, cleaning products, and a hairdryer.
The apartment has minibar products available for an additional fee based on consumption.
An ideal accommodation for large families, families with children, groups of friends, and business travelers.
Perfectly situated for enjoying the city, just a 5-minute walk from Plaza Catalunya.
The property offers parking for vehicles (subject to availability) for an additional charge.
House Rules:
In accordance with Article 4 of Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia/Barcelona must register obligatorily. To facilitate this, we provide our guests with an app to register all guests before their arrival date.
Tourist tax not included in the price.âŹ6.88 per adult per night.
Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from âŹ6.88 per person per night to âŹ9.35 per person per night starting Oct. 1st, 2025.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of âŹ100 will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.
No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of âŹ150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise.
Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table.
Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50⏠charge if not.
On arrival, a deposit of âŹ200 is requested.
