This was a beautiful room, and reasonably priced for Nantucket in high season. The host was very helpful in pointing out a convenient bus service just down the street. We highly recommend this place to Nantucket travelers.

Everything about our stay was fantastic! The room was clean, in a great location, right next to a bus stop, and very close to town and all the attractions! Jonathan was very hospitable and attentive to our needs. He even offers a rental Jeep, if needed, at a very reasonable price! I highly recommend them as hosts, and we hope to be able to come back again!

Very clean room with everything we needed for the weekend. The host was very kind upon arrival and able to answer all of our questions about navigating our way around the island. There is a musty smell to the room but otherwise it was perfect for a couple to stay for a weekend.

Fabulous and spotless accommodations. Less than a block from the free island public transit. Saved a bunch in uber dollars. Owners are quick to respond and assist with anything. And they are so nice. Folks on the other side not so much. Hope to stay again next year..

The most wonderful thing about this space, and something I don't think is promoted enough, is that the free bus runs into town (and all over the island) from the corner outside the house! It's so cool. The space is very comfortable and beautiful. We enjoyed ourselves very much. Jonathan was very responsive to our slight issue and helped out immediately.

The place was fairly clean, but the hosting experience wasn’t very welcoming. The host monitored the property’s cameras closely and contacted us about our movements in a way that felt uncomfortable. While the property itself was okay, the communication made the stay less enjoyable.

We do want to clarify that our listing clearly states a maximum occupancy of two guests. During your stay, we observed three people repeatedly entering and leaving the property. Because we live on-site, we also noticed this in person. When we reached out to confirm the number of guests, we were told there were only two, despite what we observed. Our exterior security cameras are disclosed in the listing and are used only for the safety of our guests and to verify compliance with house rules, including the maximum occupancy. We respect our guests’ privacy and do not have cameras inside the apartment. We strive to provide a comfortable experience for all guests while ensuring that everyone follows the rules they agree to when booking. We wish you all the best

Nice stay!

Jonathan was a really nice host - even showed us the oddity of the property shape, which was interesting. Very clean and new, would stay again!

Spacious 'Studio'-like open room with a lovely bathroom. Very clean and comfortable for my needs. Bed was comfy and I did use the microwave, Nespresso coffee maker and mini-fridge and TV. Communication was good but finding the actual door around the house and down the steps was a bit awkward. In searching for the unit's door I had to walk through the two backyard spaces and scared a nice man who ended up showing me where I needed to go. Once in I was pleased to see an AC/dehumidifyer unit since it was summertime and luckily I need noise to sleep as it was going on and off. Overall it was great and an added bonus the free WAVE bus service bus stop was at the end of the street.

Our stay was great. Owner provided us with a coffee each morning and some nice cold beverages. Parking was nice to have. Would recommend for couples. Outside sitting area is tiny, but we were gone most of the day. Beaches in the area are beautiful they even provided beach towles and a small cooler.
