Första våningen: Första våningen har master svit mot havet med king size-säng sova 2ppl, platt skärm 43 "TV med DVD-spelare. Första våningen sovrum # 2 inför havet med king size-säng sova 2ppl, med en 43 "platt-TV. Båda rummen i nedre våningen har tillgång till uteplatsen vid havet och stranden. Uteplats har två solstolar för liggande och uteplats för fyra. Andra våningen: Vardagsrum som vetter mot havet, med stora fönster för att ta i de vackra solnedgångarna, har en platt-skärm 60 ”TV, massor av spel och böcker för familjens roliga kvällar. The home was wonderful and welcoming. We planned a vacation stay for our multi generational family. It fit all of our needs well. Home was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful Beach trip

The house was stunning, well outfitted, fit our family perfectly. Had everything we needed to play, cook and rest for the week. Thank you to the owners of Mollies at the Sea!! Can't wait to come back next year.

Summer Weekend getaway

My friends/family and I grew up camping just north of Hollywood Beach at McGrath campground. Unfortunately, due to flooding, the park has been closed for 10 years. We have turned our summer camping trips into beach house rentals in Oxnard. We highly enjoyed our stay at Mollies by the Sea. As always, the neighborhood is safe, secure and full of friendly local residents. The house was incredible as well. Very easy check in/check out procedures and plenty of room for the small group we had. We always like bouncing around and trying new homes but we would rent this one again without a doubt!

Hollywood Beach vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family was quite comfortable in this vacation home located on the sand at Hollywood Beach. This included the grandparents and two families with 7 kids between them. Two things could have made the stay even more enjoyable: a shorter walk across the sand to the water's edge (about 500 feet) and a covered outdoor patio for sitting around.

The location was amazing and we still enjoyed the beach. My niece got to see dolphins for the first time,which was amazing. We will most definitely be back.

The BBQ worked great. We had both our children and all of our grandchildren for a week. I would highly recommend this home. The eleven of us were quite comfortable.

An awesome week at the beach!

Reviewer Comments: With the exception of having to walk through the bedrooms to get to the beach and the water line being so far away from the house, this house proved to be awesome! Kitchen was relatively small but suited our needs, including a party of 16, quite fine. The house provided lots of beach stuff. Beds were fine but the pillows were not. Location was awesome with walking distance to the harbor and farmers market. Really enjoyed our time there and we would definitely consider renting there again.

The owner called me and cancelled my reservation 2 weeks prior to my trip. I was referred to Andrea at ReMax and she was a god send. She recommended Mollies to me and it was absolutely perfect. The property was even better than the pictures made it look. It was completely stocked with everything we could need and has been well maintained. I can't wait to be back!

Beach Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WONDERFUL, relaxing, beautiful vacation! The beach house was perfect for our family, very clean, and the view from the house of the beach and ocean was gorgeous. They even had a mound of sand toys, loads of beach chairs, some bicycles, boogie boards and even two ice chests in the garage for us to use. This house is also walking distance to the marina where we saw the boats coming in, as well as sea lions and jumping fish. We also walked to the bike rental and six of us had fun bicycling around this beautiful area. The property management company was also amazing! They are extremely helpful and kind. We had a drainage problem in the shower, and within two hours of my phone call, a plumber was there to fix it. We highly recommend Mollies by the Sea, and can't wait to go back.

We had no issues with the home itself. Unfortunately, our experience was impacted by the neighbors who share a wall with the property. On one occasion, they told us to “shut up” while we were simply talking outside, and another time they came out and tried to intimidate us with unfriendly looks and their angry behavior made us feel very uncomfortable.We were a group of 10, including 4 children ages 8–14. While it’s possible we could have been quieter coming and going, we were not excessively loud. It may be helpful for future guests if a noise monitor and/or outdoor cameras were in place to avoid any potential misunderstandings with neighbors.
