Denna strålande tillflyktsort har två nyrenoverade badrum i varje sovrum och sovrummen har tillgång till möblerade verandor fram och bak. De främre och bakre skärmad verandorna kommer att vara lika mycket en del av bostadsområdet som de inre rummen. Den bakre verandan har utsikt över den professionellt anlagda trädgården med en ätbar trädgård underhållen av en trädgårdsmästare. Den större verandan tillåter uteservering eller bara njuta av en uppfriskande dryck från gungstolarna.

Hemmet är möblerat med originella konstverk i hela och kombinerar återvunna arkitektoniska antikviteter med fantasifull samtida verk. Köket är öppet mot vardagsrummet och utrustat med utrustning som alla gourmetkockar kan avundas av. Köket är komplett med toppmoderna köksredskap från en Gourmet Viking Dual-rostfritt spis, en bosch-diskmaskin, gourmentknivar, en Keurig, en Nespresso-maskin och kaffebunkarna tillhandahålls även. Köket i granitbänkarna sträcker sig till det intilliggande tvättstugan med en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek. Ett välvt tak och öppen interiör bidrar till det naturliga och expansiva ljuset som är Lady on the Beach.

Den första drottningen sovrummet har ett helt renoverat privat badrum i framsidan, ett andra drottning sovrum med ett helt renoverat privat badrum är på baksidan av hemmet, och en drottning bäddsoffa är i vardagsrummet för att bekvämt sova sex på din nästa strandflykt.

Perfect Location, Perfect Stay!

We stayed here with our 4 month old son on our first family vacation and it was the perfect spot! We wanted to have a short walk to the beach and restaurants/shops and this was tucked away right behind the main circle. The house was in perfect condition when we arrived and the check-in/out instructions were easy to follow. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great beach stay!

They got to a point that they did not know us from Adam after we had spent over 100 k with them. Priperties were getting outdated. They were just order takers. Homeowners Collection has given them competition and taken over better properties. You have been proactive with us and this survey is an example. You should always train your people to understand how powerful it is when your clients go home and tell all their family and friends of their experience with your company.

Beautiful cottage

Beautiful space, tastefully furnished, very convenient to town square, restaurants, beach and pool. The rental management staff were extremely responsive to some minor issues like burnt-out light bulbs. There was nothing major that needed taking care of! We would enjoy coming back and I would highly recommend this place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The layout of the home was perfect for two couples! The split bedrooms/baths allowed for privacy and the common area was well planned. We did not use the Loft area so I can’t speak to the configuration or furnishings. In addition, we loved the two screened in porches, the potted plants/flowers and appreciated the outdoor fans. On a side note, we did feel the sofa coverings, duvet/comforters and outdoor cushions were stained and probably need to be replaced, at the end of the season. And the home could use a good dusting and cleaning. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and look forward to returning to Seaside soon!

Lady On The Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was in a good location with very easy access to the beach. Close to restaurants and literally feet from Seaside circle. The owners have updated the appliances in the kitchen and the bathrooms, however, the cookware is older and very mismatched, so we had trouble finding lids to pots, etc. Also there are several corded and cordless phones throughout the unit that aren't in use and taking up space and collecting dust that should be removed from the unit. Overall, the unit was clean, but there are picture frames, knick-knacks,etc. that don't look like they've been dusted in quite awhile. It's a nice unit, but could use just a little more updating to be on par with some of the other places we've stayed in Seaside. Whenever we had questions, the rental agency was very responsive and the ability to communicate through text was very convenient.

Seaside Vacation Lady on the Beach

Reviewer Comments: The porches are a great attraction to the property however the furniture is so hard to sit on it is unbearable. Please change. I understand the durability of the teak but lovely screened in porch with no chairs for sitting.
