Swing öppna de franska dörrarna för att hitta det nyligen ombyggda vardagsrummet som erbjuder ett överflöd av fritidsutrymme, plattskärm T. V. och öppen spis. Den uppdaterade köket finns kvarts bänkskivor och moderniserade apparater. Beläget direkt över från köket är den ombyggda matsalen fylld med fönster och komplett med en ismaskin och en vinkyl. Halvbadets hall har renoverats och leder till utomhusdusch. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, plattskärms-T. V. och en nybyggd privat, ljusmassad master bad med duschkabin.

Den andra nivån innehåller två sovrum och två badrum. Drottning sovrummet har en platt skärm inbyggd i skåp, ett fönster sits och ett bifogat badrum med duschkabin. Den extra gäst sovrummet har två enkla våningssängar, och den extra badrummet är utanför av korridoren.

Pitter Patter ligger inom det första blocket från stranden och precis utanför Seaside centrum.

WONDERFUL Stay! Great location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pitter Patter is in a great location in the first block from 30A/beach and very close to town square. Walked and rode rented bikes everywhere. Very short bike ride to pool. House was perfect for our group - 4 adults and 3 kids - 3 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms was nice. Outside connected shower was great after beach trips. Screened-in front porch was lovely for relaxing. Great tv room with lots of seating. Only issue was an A/C problem -property management responded quickly and repair (a clogged drain line) was done the same day.

A wonderful home with an amazing layout

As we all know EVERYTHING in Seaside is on the small side of things but this house felt like a mansion because of the design! We had a great time being so close to the square. It was the closest we have stayed and we were a little concerned it would be to busy. It was not! All the normal lovely perks of seaside stayed constant!

Beautiful House, Great Location

We loved everything about our time in this house. Proximity to the beach and town center were the biggest pros for us, but the house itself is lovely as well.

We enjoyed every bit of this clean great location home. Hunter from Home Collection came to check on us when we arrived and answered all of our questions. We had questions during our stay and they were immediately answered. These people were super to work with. Thanks for the early check in too. We will return! Thanks again.

The home is well decorated and very comfortable for a group or family of 5-8. The kitchen is well stocked and a large dining table allows the whole crew to enjoy meals together. The screened in front porch is perfect for enjoying a quiet morning in Seaside. I highly recommend this rental!

I loved all the open space and if you are cooking in the kitchen you are still part of the family sitting around. Its a great location and had great fully stocked kitchen. The refrigerator wasn't working and after reporting it Homeowners immediately responded and brought us a replacement. Homeowners is the best rental agency in Seaside.Their properties are always top quality. I would definitely recommend Pitter Patter.

Nice Home & Good location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pitter Patter lived up to the photos and descriptions. By most standards, rental in Seaside is expensive, but Pitter Patter was worth it. The property is well located to the beach, pools, and fitness club, but far enough from 30A so that road noise was not an issue.We didn't understand that there was a guest house, Little Feet, at the back the property. So there was no back yard. With that said, many of the homes in Seaside have guest houses in the back of the property.The home is well maintained and was clean. Cookware was less than most of the homes that we have rented in the past, but in good condition and sufficient to put a meal on the table. Home Owners Collection gives you good amenities e.g. soaps, shampoo, lotion. Plus a bottle of wine, cork screw, and coffee. I would recommend this rental agency. They did a nice job.We stayed the first two weeks in March. The first week was busy with vacationers, but normal for Florida in the winter. Unfortunately, the second week was the start of spring break for many southern colleges. The place was over run with spring breakers. Route 30A is really backed up. Seaside prevents the spring breakers from entering into the neighborhoods by closing off most of the street access from 30A. There is access for non-residents to the parking lots. Residents can access into Seaside at a western and eastern street location. They also do a good job in controlling beach and poll access. They do a pretty good job of crowd control, but the vibe is definitely "spring break". If you don't enjoy that "vibe", I would avoid Seaside during "Spring Break" periods.

Great House with Perfect Location

The house was clean and lights turned on for our arrival. They gave us a welcome tote with beach towels, wine, and helpful town info. The ice machine was so nice to have! One note is that the bunk bed's mattresses are thin and would probably accommodate young children better than teenagers. It was a great house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at Pitter Patter several times over the years and really love the house and it's location. This time however there were a couple of problems. one - the dishes were not entirely clean when we arrived. in fact, one of the knives apparently had peanut butter residue on it. Our daughter has a peanut allergy and experienced some symptoms after using the knife. we then inspected the rest of the utensils and dishes and found several that weren't fully clean. Also, the main shower head in the main bathroom didn't function. finally, the HVAC needs to be balanced as the unit runs loudly and blows too hard in the main bedroom. overall, we had a great time and the house was great.
