Vår lägenhet har precis blivit totalrenoverad med ny designerfärg, nya apparater och king madrass! Du kommer absolut älska vår nya duschkabin med glasdörrar! Det är en av några få "PLATINUM" -värderade enheter i Crystal Sands-komplexet. Du kommer att märka skillnaden den minut du öppnar ytterdörren. Detta är inte din typiska strand lägenhet. Inga rosa flamingos på lime gröna och gula väggar. Du hittar designmöbler och helt nya anpassade fönsterbehandlingar i hela vår enhet.

På vägen nerför salen kommer du att märka 18-kakel, kronformning och formgivare konstverk i varje rum. Det stora vardagsrummet har en matchad överstorad stol och soffa med en sidostol och accentruta.

Köket har graniträknare och en granitbar med anpassade barstolar. Det fullt utrustade köket har en ny diskmaskin, kylskåp med is och vatten genom dörren och ett glas toppsortiment och matchande mikrovågsugn.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med designer överkast, kudde skum och accent kuddar. Det finns en TV och DVD för din njutning!

Befälhavaren bad har en designer counter top och en helt ny anpassad kakel dusch!

Du kommer att njuta av din första kopp kaffe varje morgon på balkongen och titta på delfinerna som svimmar förbi. Det är också en utmärkt plats för barnen att äta lunch innan de går tillbaka till stranden eller poolen.

Du kan inte beskriva vyn från den här enheten. Den vita vitsanden, smaragdgrönt vatten och aktivitet på vattnet och solnedgången på kvällen lämnar en som önskade att de hade mer tid att njuta av Crystal Sands.

Från och med mars 2018 kommer hela komplexet att vara rökfritt.

Short spring break family getaway

We had a short spring break family getaway and the condo was as advertised. Very clean. Comfortable. And amazing location and neighborhood. Beach was easily accessible. Unfortunately the beach conditions weren’t great but can’t control the weather. Would stay again! Thank you.

Whether it’s the ease of access to the beach, the daily chair service, close proximity to many activities around town there were many things to love about this place. We have already recommended it to multiple friends and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent condo, right on the beach! Very clean and well stocked with all you will need! Close to everything with a private beach, chairs and umbrella! Would definitely stay here again!

Great condo with private beach access

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. The location was great, and the private beach access was wonderful. The unit itself was clean and well stocked. The kids enjoyed having the pool as a backup from the beach when it was too hazardous to go in the water or after dark. My only (very minor) complaint about the whole stay was being on the middle floor and the walls being somewhat less than soundproof (this went both ways, as our daughter dropped her phone in the middle of the night and woke a sleeping baby in the unit below us. :-!). Overall, everyone around us was respectful of the quiet hours and it didn't detract from our stay at all. The host provided the check-in information very early in the process and things were seamless upon arrival. The checkout instructions were also very reasonable. We would absolutely stay here again on future trips to Destin.

Great location without being overcrowded

First off the view is amazing which is always a must for me, probably the clearest I've ever seen Destin waters. The building appears quite old which makes this updated unit all the more impressive. The kitchen looks new and was all we needed. My kids loved the bunk beds. Umbrella and chairs being included is nice although we didn't know it's first come first serve for location so we were stuck at the end with the public beach crowd spilling over in front of us the first day (go throw your towel on your chairs early!). That was fixed next day and our spot was perfect for all day beach affairs with the kids the rest of the trip. We def plan on booking this place again!

Great little Condo with incredible access to beach

This is probably the best beach-front condo I've ever stayed in as far as access to the beach. The unit is nicely remodeled and feels great. We will definitely be back. The cleaning prior to our arrival wasn't great, but it also wasn't awful. We chose to do some quick cleaning ourselves and didn't bother the property owner. Mostly wiping down the kitchen cabinets, things like that.

The only complaint we had was noise from the room above us. you can hear them walking and it work us up every morning ,but other than that it was a nice stay.

Awesome place! Updated with great view!

The condo was spot on great. Clean inside well maintained nice upgrades. The location is perfect for anything you may want to do or see. The whole neighborhood and area surrounding is clean and new. If you rent this condo you won’t be disappointed. I will definitely be staying there again!

Beautiful condo right on the beach!

We had such a wonderful stay at this property! The accommodations were exactly as you see on the listing. Clean, beautifully decorated, and the view/location of the beach were the highlight of the stay. Convenient and easy to get to and from the property with lots of places within walking distance. Donna was by far the kindest “host” we’ve ever had through VRBO. We can’t wait to come back!

Very nice property

One of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever encountered. Host was extremely responsive and helped us through one minor hiccup quickly during a holiday weekend. Beach was beautiful, chairs and umbrella included was a treat.

5 star views

The views were priceless! We stayed with our family of 6 and were comfortable. The bunks in the hallway and the fold out sofa were perfect for our kids, aged 15, 11, 10, and 10. It was so close to the beach and we were able to get free chairs and an umbrella every day. The only downfall was the internet was very spotty and slow, but the weather was gorgeous so we were outside enjoying the water all day, every day! Best views and so close to the water.

Exceeded expectations!! Will be back!

Very clean and super comfortable condo unit. Easy access to private beach. Had everything we needed and more. Brought my 83 year old mother and she had no issues getting to the 2nd floor unit. Elevator was available but stairs were very safe for her. Pool was great! Neighbors were quiet. Great neighborhood. Will book again!

Second time, will be back!

This was our second year to stay at the property with our small children. You can’t beat the location! Unit is clean with beautiful views of the water perfect for dolphin watching. Donna is very responsive and the mgmt on site is friendly as well. Love that you get chairs and an umbrella and that part of the beach isn’t open for public. It makes it so nice to not have rows upon rows of people on the beach. We will be back next year! Thank you!!

Destin September Trip

Great vacation and very nice, well maintained unit. Donna's communication in the process was awesome! The building is aged a bit with narrow walks outside room entrances, and we had some very noisy neighbors above us one night, but the staff took care of that issue. We enjoyed our stay!
