Denna vackra 1150 kvm Ft, 2 sovrum 2 badrum ligger på 11: e våningen. Det har en fantastisk utsikt över den vita sandstranden och det kristallklara havet. Denna enhet är fullt möblerad med allt du behöver för en fantastisk semester. Köket är helt fylld med alla bekvämligheter och alla nya apparater. Familjerummet har en bäddsoffa och en stor platt-kabel HD / Smart TV & DVD-spelare. Det rymliga rummet har 2 fulla sängar, HD / kabel-TV, stor garderob, byrå och nattduksbord. Det stora sovrummet har en mycket bekväm king size-säng, kabel-TV, stor garderob, 2 nattbord, byrå, havsfönster och tillgång till balkong. Enheten har 2 badrum, central luft och värme, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, strykjärn och strykbräda. GRATIS WIFI och parkering! Vår lägenhet har GRATIS STRANDSTJÄNST (mars-oktober uthyrning - Inkluderar: 2 STOLAR MED UMBRELLA - ett värde av $ 35 per dag). Även den Bästa Tiki Bar "Bikini Bobs" på stranden (mars-oktober) erbjuder bra mat, dryck specialerbjudanden, rimliga priser, osv. Det är fantastiskt! Regency Towers erbjuder specialevenemang för ägare och gäster (juni-aug) som filmnatt, Karaoke, vattenrutschbanor, Bon Fire on Beach, etc. Du kommer aldrig att vilja lämna fastigheten! Regency Towers debiterar en engångsavgift på 20 USD som måste betala av gästen vid incheckningen. November 2024 Get Away

We had an excellent time. One issue which the host had fixed ASAP, she was very easy to talk too. Beds were so comfortable. Living room furniture was comfortable as well. Condo had everything that it said it would. Will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Thanksgiving trip to Panama City Beach

Lori provided such excellent communication and made everything from check in to check out so seamless and easy. The view from the private balcony was breath taking. We enjoyed having our morning coffee there every day. One morning I actually saw 50 or so stingrays swimming together along shore from there. No complaints whatsoever, everything was as stated in the description. I will always remember this stay as one of the best we have had via VRBO.

Great experience

We stayed in this condo as a family of 8. The kids all had a great time and the owner was extremely helpful and responsive. Everything we needed was readily available.

Great vacation

We have stayed at Regency Towers at least a dozen times and this was one of the nicer units we have stayed at. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and beautifully decorated. If I had a negative it would be more towels and wash cloths. We had a great time and will stay here again in the future.

This condo was so beautiful ! It was very clean and comfortable . The furniture is comfortable and it’s decorated so pretty . Wonderful Week!

The condo was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. The view from the living room and balcony was amazing. The staff was helpful in answering questions and very friendly. Add J Michaels and Harpoon Harrys to list of places to eat. For ice cream, check out Brusters. Beach Services and More did a good job of keeping us in the shade while on the beach. Was very impressed with the young man Will. Thank you Lori for a wonderful week!

We absolutely love Regency Towers!

This was our 2nd vacation at Regency Towers. We love this end of PCB! No crazy traffic and the beaches arent super crowded. This unit was absolutely perfect!!! ZERO complaints at all and the owner is super sweet! The condo had beach toys and boogie boards for us to use while at the beach each day! Everything for the kitchen you could possibly need was stocked in the condo as well (blender, dishes, scissors, pots & pans) We will definitely try to rent this condo again in the future!

Great Florida Get Away

This is our second time staying at Regency Towers. This unit was perfect for us with plenty of kitchen supplies to be able to prepare and make meals when we didn't want to eat out. For our family, we like to be away from the 'busy' part of Panama City Beach so this is perfect for us. There are plenty of places within walking distance to grab food or snacks and anything else is within a 10-25 minute car ride if you want to go to the more populated area around Pier Park. The owner was incredible helpful and great with communication both prior to the trip and while we were there. We didn't need anything during our stay but I knew the owner would respond timely had we needed anything. The chair rental with the unit is fantastic and came in quite handy. This worked out well for our family and we will definitely be back.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation. The condo was exactly as described! Had everything you could need and more! The bed was really nice! The condo was super clean and very cozy! Oh and the stand up shower is great!!! We will definitely be staying here again.... hopefully sooon!!!

Great Place to Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice and the property was convient to lots of things to do. My only issue was the elevators were not all working and it was a holiday weekend. We ended up using the stairs a good bit.

Great Get-away!

Beautiful views from left to right from our 11th floor balcony! Loved hearing the sound of the waves waking us up each morning. Breathtaking sunset views, as well! Sleep sofa was very comfortable and kitchen had every imaginable accessory - crockpots, pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc. Loved having use of the two beach chairs so close to the water. Everything was as promised and Lori was excellent and easy to work with. We look forward to returning again for another great girls weekend!

Most comfortable mattresses!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. All mattresses were so comfortable, we all slept like babies. Kitchen well equipped and super cute furnishings. Couldn’t find a koozie anywhere thought. Lol Thank you for letting us share your space for the weekend!

We live in Dothan, Alabama and love traveling to the beach but only if it’s to the Gulf. We often came to PCB with our two boys, the dog and pontoon boat and would camp and enjoy the beach. My husband is a consultant and I have been a stay at home Mom for the last 21 years but I did manage rental property we have around Dothan. We are now empty nesters so we decided to expand our rental property to a vacation rental. We could not think of a better place to buy then at the Gulf where we have so many great memories.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We love all the amenities offered at Regency Towers and the fact that it is only 2 miles from St Andrews State Park, where we had camped so many times. Regency is also at the quite end of Thomas Drive and conveniently located to every thing. The two large pools keep you from being crowded and I love that one of them is heated year around. We also have the most beautiful view. I even enjoy the view you have from the exercise room.
