Vackert dekorerad MBR erbjuder utsikt över trädgårdarna och viken, en king size-säng (ny 7/2014), plattskärms-kabel-TV / DVD, takfläkt, privat badrum med dekorativ klinkergång dusch och skjutreglage till Lanai. Ljus och rymlig GBR med drottning och dubbelsäng, kabel-TV / DVD, takfläkt och egen ingång till nyrenoverat badrum. Penthouse B47 erbjuder ett nyrenoverat (okt. 2012), fullt utrustat kök med uppdaterade köksapparater, ny DR-bordssats, LR med nya möbler, platt-TV / DVD och en vägg med fönster som visar viken över viken och ger massor av ljus inomhus! Smutta lugnt på ditt morgonkaffe på vår visade Lanai medan du tittar ut över poolen, anlagda trädgårdar och Mexikanska golfen. Njut av hisnande solnedgångar i skymning eller stjärnblick på natten från privat takterrass. Du vill inte lämna denna del av paradiset! Njut av en drink på kvällen medan du tittar på spektakulära havssolnedgångar på vår privata soldäck på taket. Pointe Santo är en noggrant bevarad fastighet vid havet med en uppvärmd pool, jacuzzi, två tennisbanor, gasgrill, gas-tvättstation och ett klubbhus vid poolen som erbjuder ett soldäck och ett underbart barnprogram måndag till fredag. Varje gäst har en tilldelad parkeringsplats och B-47s parkeringsplats ligger precis nära hissen i B-byggnaden för enkel lastning och lossning. Wonderful unit with great views

Our family loved staying here. The views are amazing. The unit is airy and bright with comfortable furniture and everything you might need. The host was terrific. We would definitely stay here again, especially once the property and island are even more recovered.

Very nice community and condo. The one thing that would improve the overall experience would be a new larger television in the guest bedroom. But it’s a nice condo that’s well maintained.

Great week with mom!

This is a great location and we loved all the amenities like pool and elevator and close parking! The rooftop was a bonus and we even used the grills which are provided and are gas grills for dinner one night. Took my mom so was very happy with the elevator and close parking. We also appreciate the keyless entry which is super convenient! Would love to come back to this spot again. Thank you Maria for all your help and suggestions!

Communication with owner was awesome. Really liked the rooftop deck. Kitchen well appointed. Had extras such as laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, and dish soap. Beds were uncomfortable but that just comes with a rental property. Location on the island was great. Grounds were well kept. Pool/clubhouse were very nice.

View is great! Beach is great! Bring your bet bag for shelling. There are tons of beautiful shells! Lots of noseeum bug bites… bring or pick up some bug spray and benedryl for itching… that’s my only complaint. There were 3 of us. 2 got eaten up. One not at all 🤷🏼‍♀️

Greatly enjoyed the super roomy condo, location on the beach & island, comfortable furniture, patio lanai & rooftop deck with incredible views! The 4 of us could spread out easily in our own space. Had everything we needed to cook & we felt very safe everywhere. Awesome local restaurants, shopping & activities nearby. Most importantly the laidback vibe of the island & complex was a respite from our normal busy city lives & rejuvenated us!

Wonderful stay!

This condo had everything we needed! The owners were super easy to work and communicate with. You can tell they care for their vacation home. So many times we get to vacation homes and realize not much is provided in the way of kitchen utensils, towels, etc and this condo had it all. We appreciated the dvd players in each room when the kids wanted to relax with a movie before bed. The view was gorgeous. We've stayed in quite a few different condos at Pointe Santo and this one was one of our favorites! We would definitely stay here again! If you've never been to Pointe santo, the complex is incredibly well kept and has lots of activities for the family!

Slice of Heaven calling.... B-47!

First time on Sanibel Island... won’t be our last. And... can’t imagine staying anywhere as perfectly suited, well-appointed, and... the “location, location, location!” Pictures don’t do justice to this upper-corner gem... just rent it, go, relax... ahhh. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed the chillaxation for a week of perfect Sanibel weather. So bittersweet to leave (sigh). Pool, lagoon, beach, gentle Gulf waters.... oh my. Condo is very comfortable and you have no need to go anywhere unless you so choose. We’re looking forward to a return visit... or five!

Great home.

The process was quite easy. The home was updated and clean and very accommodating. the only thing I would have changed is the mattress topper on the king bed, it was too much and hard to get in and out of the bed. Just not comfortable. the rest of the home was nice.

Relaxation with a view!

What a beautiful condo, and outstanding location. I actually only went down to the beach 3 or 4 times, because the view from the screened lanai was beautiful, giving a 180 degree view of the gulf and a bonus.....a private roof deck for my night time photography. I actually enjoyed getting up at 4 am to sit on the roof deck with a cup of coffee and watch the stars. Hope to stay there again, someday.

Wonderful Vacation

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen had all of the supplies needed for preparing meals, including a Keurig coffee maker, standard coffee maker, and blender (for pina coladas!). The condo was bigger than it looked in the pictures. The views were amazing and location was excellent. We rented bikes and we were able to bike pretty much anywhere we wanted due to the excellent trail system in Sanibel. The overall complex property was beautiful, well kept, and the beach was awesome. The host (Maria) was excellent and responded to all communication very quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING

My wife, our 8 & 11 year olds and I have fallen in Love with Sanibel. Unit and view were impeccable... King size bed in Master bedroom was particularly comfortable! Facilities superb. Owners were SO easy to communicate with... no problems with the stay - just regular communication due to the COVID issues. Will definitely be returning to Sanibel and the Pointe de Santo resort & would most certainly reccomend B47 if it is available!

Our Dad spent his whole life in Connecticut and dreamt of retiring to beautiful Sanibel Island after a family vacation back in the 80's. Shortly thereafter, my family returned to Sanibel to see several properties for sale and we settled on the best...Pointe Santo B47! We have put our heart and soul into our vacation home since the 80's and it remains in our family for generations to come.

Pointe Santo is situated on a pristine beach of the Gulf of Mexico. The beach in this area is beautiful and offers an abundance of shells. West Gulf Drive is a convenient mid-island location. Easy bike ride to Periwinkle where you'll find an abundance of restaurants, grocery stores, and retail shops.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our top floor, corner unit in B building is unique in that it offers floor to ceiling windows in the living room adjacent to the large sliders that open to the screened lanai. This creates a corner wall of windows in the living room where the view of Pointe Santo and the Gulf cannot be matched. In addition, there are two floor-to-ceiling windows in the kitchen that offer great lighting and Gulf views. A spiral staircase on the lanai leads to the private rooftop sundeck offering a gorgeous panoramic view of the Gulf and all of Sanibel.
