Rymlig och vackert renoverad ljus, luftig Siesta Key-villa som bekvämt sover 6 gäster. Helt nytt luftkonditionerings- och kanalarbete installerat december 2017. Stora renoveringar avslutades i juli 2017 inklusive en helt ny skärmad i Lanai, golv, all ny inredning, målad från topp till botten, nya persienner / nyanser, två nya drottningssängar, nya matsalar och vardagsrumsmöbler och en 55 tum (smart tv ) plattskärm bara för att nämna några uppgraderingar! Öppen koncept vardagsrum och matsalar med skärmad i lanai. Rymlig master suite med två queen size-sängar samt en utdragbar soffa i familjerummet. Alla köksredskap, sängkläder och handdukar tillhandahålls. Strandfaciliteter inklusive handdukar, stolar, paraply och svalare ingår. Koppla av och njut av den uppvärmda poolen, utsikt över bukten och fiskebrygga. Vi är en kort promenad till Crescent Beach och Siesta Beach samt till Captain Curt by (glassbutik, tiki bar, matmarknad, etc.) Siesta Key Village ligger bara 5 minuters bilresa (eller vagn) bort. Vår villa i polynesiska trädgårdar, ett privat samhälle vid viken, förkroppsligar "gammal Florida" -charm med slingrande ekar, ruvande palmer, uppvärmd pool och samhällsbrygga. Kom och njut av vårt lilla paradis!

Secluded Getaway!

For those of you that want to enjoy the beautiful white beaches, numerous shops/restaurants, and still be able to retreat to a nice quite secluded location, this is the place for you. We really enjoyed the ability to walk, take the trolley, or just a short drive to all of our daily activities. Joe was very helpful and informative about the many things that Siesta Key has to offer.

Peaceful haven

Charming home and great hospitality!

Siesta Key has always been a family vacation spot for us. It was our first time staying at Mr. & Mrs. Kiss Villa and it was a true pleasure. Everything was clean, kitchen fully stocked and the home was beautifully decorated. Owners hospitality was professional and there for us from the very beginning to the end ensuring we had a wonderful stay. We will definitely come back again! 😊

Wonderful Trip

We had a great time in Siesta Key! The property was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Joe was great-he made sure we had everything we needed and even made the bed before we got there! There was beach equipment available to use, and the pool was just a few steps away. We had a great week, and highly recommend this property. Thank you Joe!

Paradise - the perfect place for sun and fun!

Once you cross over the bridge from the mainland, you have entered paradise. The home in Polynesian Gardens on Siesta Key makes for a wonderful stay. You will find everything you need for your special get away. The house is fully equipped with all necessary amenities. It also offers a beautiful heated pool surrounded by lush shrubbery and it is just steps from your front door. And then there is the beach with its incredible white sand. On your morning walk you may find sea shells or you maybe lucky to see dolphins frolicking out in the water. Siesta Key also offers everything from its many restaurants and shops along with the many available water sports. I hope you enjoy! Joe is wonderful and very attentive. As a landlord he will make your stay a wonderful time to remember.

Great winter get away!!!

We loved our stay in Siesta Keys. Beautiful beaches and plenty to do. Our stay at the Villa was great! We had everything we needed. Was worried as this was our first experience with VRBO, but the place was clean with fresh linens, and everything you would have have in your own place. It's within walking distance to the beach and a heated swimming pool. The owner was so heplful and made the stay everything we wanted it to be. Thanks so much Joe! We will be back to enjoy those beautiful whited beaches!! The beach chairs and umbrella are there and calling our names!!

The property was exactly as described! Everything was perfect and clean!

The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and new! The owner was amazing to work with and responded quickly every time we emailed him. The location was great and centrally located! We spent Christmas there with our kids and there was even a Christmas tree waiting for us when we arrived late on Christmas Eve!!! Our family enjoyed this property and will come back again!!! Great place!!!

Our stay at Siesta Key Villa

We arrived on Tuesday and found every thing in excellent condition at our Siesta Key villa in Polynesian Gardens. We were there 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our visit with our daughter and son-in-law in Sarasota. Our villa was large enough for them to come visit us some and was very comfortable. There are so many good restaurants around the area and our walks to the beach were great. As soon as we arrive, Joe texted to see if everything was okay. We will definitely go back Joe's villa at Polynesian Gardens.

The epitome of relaxation

My two friends and I travelled to Siesta Key for a week of relaxation and fun and this home fit the bill! It is beautifully decorated, recently renovated, and welcoming. It is fully equipped with Tommy Bahama beach gear and a full kitchen should you want to throw a dinner party. Home owner, Joe, is extremely responsive and included a list of recommendations for our stay --- all of which were amazing! The condo community is also beautiful and filled with unique and impeccable landscaping --- not to mention extremely sweet neighbors! If you're looking for a place full or smiles and sunshine, this is definitely the home for you! We will definitely be back!

Simple, Clean, and Close to Everything!

Our stay in siesta key was perfect! The house was perfect size, clean, with everything we needed (even a washer and dryer!) Joe was professional, communicative, easy to reach, and flexible. We hope to come back soon!

Beautiful villa in Siesta Key

We had great experience. Joe's villa is very nice, clean, fully equipped kitchen. Walking distance to the beautiful beach. Joe was very helpful, we called him several times with different questions and he responded right away. Thank you Joe.
