Great place to stay. It was so peaceful sitting in the chairs in the morning. We also really enjoyed having the bar/restaurant on the premises. The room was decorated very nicely. Enjoyed our time there.

We had a great stay at this facility. The place was very clean and welcoming. The amenities were all that were needed, the location of the facility is close to everything we wanted to visit; beaches, restaurants, attractions and the property with the pool, restaurant/Tiki Bar was a plus.

Honeymoon!

This place was superb! We were treated to a bottle of champagne which we got to drink while enjoying the views of the marina, we fell in love with Sarasota & cannot wait to return to Tamiami trail!

I really enjoyed my stay. The host Jon was wonderful to work with. Room was very well appointed, clean and it had a Keurig was is a must for my stay. Walk outside my room and saw beautiful sailboats a few steps away on the canal. I’ll be back for sure.

We got the room that faces the docks and was a great location. The only issue we had was the fridge was not working when we arrived and had black mold inside it. I reached out to the host but never got a response for over an hour. We went to the tiki bar on campus and when we came back to the room the host was sitting on the couch. Needless to say this was a bit of a surprise… he had entered the rooms d swapped out the fridge with another one. Apparently the breaker kept blowing and needed an electrician attention. After that everything went great.
