This cosy apartment, located right in the city centre, is undoubtedly an excellent option for those who want to spend an unforgettable few days in Madrid.

Prepared to accommodate 6 people, this flat offers comfort and plenty of light in its 85m2. Decorated following a rustic but elegant line, it is ideal for those who enjoy attic spaces. The living room, where a combination of reds and whites is used in the furniture, and with an orange wall to give a sense of warmth and spaciousness, has a plasma TV and DVD player, as well as air conditioning. Next, we find the dining room, simple but very bright. Then, there is a games area, a very unique detail that will be greatly appreciated by families with young children. The two bedrooms have double beds and, as can be seen in the photos, are comfortable rooms where the visitor can rest very comfortably after a busy day exploring the city. In a space that for lovers of the oriental style may be the most attractive part of this apartment, we find a futon, where two people can rest. The bathroom, with blue and white tiles, completes the layout of this pleasant apartment.

This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park within about 100 metres of the apartment.

The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a 50 EUR cash supplement.

On the day of your check-in you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival in order to coordinate the delivery of the keys.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the MADRID CENTRAL area with restricted vehicle access. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Management Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
