Pool is heated (if you want) and have the latest electrolysis technology, meaning no chemicals are used to keep it clean.
Every bedroom has its own air-condition unit and LED TV.
You will also have 400 m2 private yard to use with with deck chairs and outside dining area.
We also provide three private parking spots in the yard of the villa.

It's fully equipped with all amenities you could possibly need for a perfect holiday.
Villa is cooled with six powerful air-condition units: one in each bedroom and two more in the living room and dining area.
Master bedroom has its own balcony with the sea view.
Each bedroom also has its own private bathroom with shower and a LED TV with satellite channels.
All windows and doors in the villa have anti-mosquito nets.
Pool is heated (if you want) and have the latest electrolysis technology, meaning no chemicals are used to keep it clean.
We also have 400 m2 fenced private garden with outside grill, exclusively yours to use.
Living room has a large smart LED TV with cable channels and cozy sofa, which can be used for sleeping two people.
Kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, and is ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.
Bathroom has a shower, and also have a separate toilet, washing machine and hair dryer.
You also get iron, ironing board, clean linen and towels and high-speed Wi-Fi, all free of charge.
Baby cot and high chair can also be arranged for free, please contact in advance.

Villa is located in a quiet neighborhood, 800m from the center of Kastel Stari.
That makes it ideal place for a relaxed holiday with peaceful spot still very close to all tourist spots nearby.
**** House rules:
This is a smoke-free villa.
Smoking inside is not allowed, but outside you can smoke.
Pets are not allowed, sorry.
We expect normal house behavior - please watch out not to break anything, leave the accommodation tidy as you have found it and don't make noise to other people.
For security purposes, please send us following info of each guest: name and surname, place, country and date of birth, citizenship, type and number of identity document, place of residence, address and gender. For check-in date more than 48 hours of check in please send us that info within 2 hours of booking and for same day reservations please send us that info within 1 hour of booking or we reserve the right to cancel.
