Villa Capricorn by Villa Plus
Villa Capricorn is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is in a great location between the resorts of Punta Prima and Binibeca, on the East coast of Menorca. A choice of shops and places to eat overlooking the sea can be found within a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive. It has a stylish and airy interior with a rich garden around the private pool and includes air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms, plus WiFi.
Villa Capricorn is located in the area of Son Remei, which is an extension of the village of Biniancolla - a charming and quaint fishing village on the outskirts of Punta Prima which has a selection of restaurants and a small rocky bay. A larger beach, supermarket and a choice of shops and places to eat can be found at Punta Prima which can be reached by car in just a few minutes, or within 20 minutes on foot. On the other side of the village is Binibeca, which has a wider choice shops and cafes down its cobbled lanes, around 10 minutes away by car.
Main pool: 7.5 x 3.8 mtr, 1 - 1.8 mtr depth
Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.
Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - âŹ2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
