Place has been newly remodeled and was as it looks in the preview. Plenty of parking when we stayed and check in and out processes were easy.

This is a great place to stay if visiting Nashville. I was traveling with my dog and the place was very accommodating. The location is great for getting around - it is right off 440 and close to downtown and other attractions like 12 S and Vanderbilt. I highly recommend staying here - very clean and seamless check in and out process.

Very nice place. It’s comparable to the size of a hotel room, but feels more like home. The host was wonderful to work with.

Very small living area. The pictures captured the look of the room, but I feel they were a little deceptive about the size. It’s also a ground floor unit, and you can hear every movement the people above you make. Felt like a college apartment, but the space worked for two people.Other than that, clean and modern place, good location, excellent host.

We're glad you enjoyed the cleanliness, modern design, convenient location, and our hosting. For future guests, all of the photos are taken with standard lenses to represent the space as it is. We understand that perceptions of size can vary from person to person, but we strive to present the home as accurately as possible. As with many condo buildings, some normal noise from neighboring units can occasionally be heard. We also provide sound machines for light sleepers to help make stays as comfortable as possible.

This place was great to stay at with easy parking! The location was quite with lots of restaurants a quick 15min walk away. The host also has lots of cookware if you prefer to stay in and cook with spices and coffee! Also, the host is great with communication! We heard a ring sound in the house our second day, and when we contacted the host, we were pleasantly surprised with an immediate response and solution. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Convenience Traveling

Great place to stay in for a family of 6 (2 kings and a pull out couch). Nice floor plan with decent kitchen and washer and drier. The upstairs neighbors were kinda loud, but not worth downgraded the rental.

Updated condo in great location

Nicely updated apartment that was comfortable for our group of five. Kids loved running around green area. Loved being so close to 21 South neighborhood and very short walking distance to a grocery store. Owner was kind enough to include white noise machines in the bedrooms. Thank you for hosting us!
